We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I couldn't fault your hotel in any way. On my future holidays to Benidorn I will be definitely staying at your hotel

Contrary to what you might read in reviews, the food on offer is basic fare, definitely not Spanish cuisine, ninety percent of guests are Spanish and definitely not in your face as reviewers suggest, they are as unassuming as any normal travellers, breakfast basic ,beans ,silly bacon and eggs,mushrooms and tomato sometimes , nicely layed out reception, quiet location, free wine with meals a bonus, staff friendly and helpful.

SpainI didn't receive a warm welcome and noticed throughout my 5-night stay that some of the reception staff didn't seem to be enjoying the job. Smiles were rarely seen at the reception.
Well located hotel only a few blocks back from the main drag. I was on half board and the food was plentiful, tasty and varied. The restaurant staff were jolly and friendy. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. The guests were 99% Spanish pensioners, which made for a very lively atmosphere.

United KingdomRoom, bathroom and bed were very small, but I had a single. Not great noise insulation. Dated. Pool was small, didn't see much of the sun. Being up a hill could be a problem for a few.
It was very cheap compared to others The air con, shower and staff were really good. Very clean. The food was reasonably good with decent choice. Well positioned for old town. I have awarded a 7 on the star rating based on the price. Its basic but that is what I expected

United KingdomIf my room had a balcony, I would have given full marks (I did request one, months before I stayed, but unfortunately the hotel must not have been able to fulfil my request). However, the floor I stayed on, had a nice little sun lounging area that anyone could use, so this almost made up for not having a balcony in my room.
Friendly staff, great old town location, 24 hour reception, clean room serviced almost daily, air con included, good storage space in room, nice pool & bar (although I didn’t use these during my stay) and a big restaurant (I sampled the breakfast one morning and I was quite impressed with the selection). Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay, great healthy buffet food. Red wine and water included as much as you wanted. One concern - I booked a room with a balcony. Upon arrival in the hotel, I was told, this is not possible for single rooms, being the fully booked. NOT TRUE many rooms with balcony were unoccupied. Talking to UK guests booked via booking.com, they confirmed the issue. Never mind, great hotel, super staff, good bar prices and great location close to old town. For all wiht little budget who hate Rincon de Loix with its terrible skyscapers a great choice!
