Everything! Beautiful house with very nice decoration. Breathtaking view and amazing surroundings of the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and very pleasant to use. The house is located only a 4 min walk to the cafes, mini market and nice restaurants in the beautiful village of Fornalutx. The host Toni was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

It was absolutely perfect. Fornalutx is beautiful & the relaxed & very informal atmosphere of the hotel, its location was ideal ~ minutes from the main square, the small but perfect pool with views of the mountains, the shade provided by the olive tree. The air conditioned rooms were essential & the use of the communal kitchen made it all so easy. Toni was friendly, welcoming, caring & very helpful, taking time to book a taxi for us down to Port de Soller. We loved our stay.

Noise from other rooms can get a bit loud, depends on the other guests. But nothing huge.

You feel like at home 100%. The owner, the house and the location couldn't be better! Toni will be happy to give you tips to enjoy your stay even more. The kitchen is great, perfect to cook anything and fully equipped. We stayed there during winter and it was perfect.

Ca'n Pera is absolutely gorgeous, as is Fornalutx. We loved our stay here - Toni is so welcoming, the kitchen and garden are divine (the pool in particular, and those views!!). Could not recommend it highly enough. Cannot wait to come back.

Nothing to not like!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. Friendly staff, great views!!! Toni was easy to accommodate and always able to be in contact with him! The house was amazing and so spacious with room in the fridge for everyone. The town was so beautiful, we wish we would have stayed for a week!! Toni showed us where to eat and he was not wrong about how amazing the food was! The town is only a 3 minute walk up the road to the first plaza and had plenty of restaurants and a market to buy things for the fridge. Very affordable area. We would definitely come back!

Sound from other rooms, creaky floorboards. Parking was a very short distance but limited as is on street however in Fortnalutx parking is hard to come by. Mositquos !

Beautiful setting with lots of historical touches and old charm in the hotel. Great location and kicthen is well equipped. Host was very helpful and nice. Pool was good to cool off in also! The room was very clean and spacious with some historical touches which added to the charm and experience.

Thanks to Toni for the lovely hospitality. It was an amazing experience to be in a typical Mallorcan home, having the pricacy of an own room and bathroom and the possibility to swim, relax in the garden after a long hike and cook in the evening (the village has very good restaurants too). Overall, a great experience!
