Was amazing - the only additional thing I can think of would be a mirror in the bedroom so I could get ready whilst my partner was in the bathroom.

We came to visit a friend living in Mallorca; the location was ideal and situated in the beautiful streets within the old town walls. We stayed in room 4- was a lovely space and large bathroom with bathtub. Our room had a big terrace (the only one in the property). Pere was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection that you can help yourself to between 8 and 10:30 with freshly squeezed orange juice. We rented a car from the airport and parked it super close for free opposite the church, Església de Sant Jaume.

I can't think of a single thing.

It would be difficult to overstate the effort to which Pere and his family went to for our experience. They completely renovated an historic building for their home, then welcome all of us into it. Pere was a perfect gentlemen who genuinely cares about his guests. I now consider him a friend.

Beds in our room were not our level of comfort, but that's primarily because we like a bit more stiff matress.

Perfect location! Perfect breakfast! Quite comfortable room and large bathroom. We had even very large terrace (maybe the only room with terrace). Inside garden where breakfast takes place is also very nice and under the shade! The Alcudia center is pedestrian only area which is really awesome!

absolutely nothing

The most friendly and nice hotel owner who helps you with your questions and problems, he let me park my bike in his garage, even on my birthday he remembered and gave me a gift. Location of the hotel is in a small old quiet town, during our stay there was a local celebration which added to our vacation. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the breakfasts were in a nice little quiet garden, in short, everything perfect

Only one tiny thing: the air conditioner. We were told not to change the settings, so it could be either turned on or off. This caused however some cold nights where we ended up waking up at night and turning it off and choosing sleeping in heat instead.

Location is perfect, beautiful building and garden. Our room was spacious, there was even a bath tub. Great breakfast with good choice: both salty and sweet food, freshly pressed orange juice. Very nice, friendly and helpful host with the family.

We love this place and it was our second visit. A family run small guest house in an old town house with big airy rooms with cool tiled floors in the heat of the summer. We really enjoyed our breakfasts in the shaded garden, sitting under a pomegranate tree at a table with a starched white table cloth, sipping on freshly squeezed orange juice. The owners are local and just lovely. We'll be back again.

I would suggest renting a car since many restaurants are very turistic, which is expected. If you want to try more mallorcan dishes I would suggest driving to some restaurant inside the island.

Everything. We were hosted by Pere, in a 300 years old house transformed in a hotel. The room was amazing and very big. Also, Pere suggested some great local beaches and restaurants alongside being a incredible friendly person. We will definitely come back.

Loved Can Tem and Alcudia old town. Beautifully-restored building with pretty courtyard, caring staff, for their hotel and guests, recommended places to eat and walks. Spacious bathroom, everything we needed. Quite a variety of items for breakfast. Would strongly recommend. A great stay, thankyou.

Although The owner was really Nice, we found him a bit too overattentive and getting into too Many details.. like telling us not to change the aircondition Settings..thats just not Ok.. of course we are not going to accept freezing all night because he doesnt want us to touch the settings..that is just too much to ask of paying guests!.As it turned out the aircondition was already broken (which is probably why everybody pushes random buttons to the owners frustration) It does NOT turn on after a minute as it says on the Remote! also our towels was not changed every day.. The I Think decor could also have been more tasteful..

I loved many things anout this place: - Pere, the host, was friendly, welcoming & helpful - I loved the location right in the heart of Alcudia’s old town - The house itself is gorgeous, historic and full of charm and character - My room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped - The en-suite was massive - The bed was very comfortable and I had very deep sleeps - The breakfast was very plentiful and varied with loads of tasty fresh ingredients and unusual additions each day - The breakfast terrace was a lovely oasis of calm and a great place to start the day I could go on and on about this place

AC stopped working one night - most likely our mistake pressing buttons. Would recommend to give some instructions to guests to try and avoid. Was fixed next morning!
