We enjoyed the whole experience. We did hear someone leave in the morning going down the stairs, but that's to be expected.

The location was fantastic and just steps from the town square which took my breath away - it's that beautiful! Also, my husband and I were incredibly impressed by the shower, yes the shower. Many times you go to a hotel and the water pressure is so low, it's not enjoyable. The water pressure is fantastic and it was a very nice surprise!

We loved the location close to the square, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean, the shower was also great with lots of pressure. We especially loved the fresh orange juice and pastries Toni left for us each day.

AMAZING. From the moment you walked in through the doors to every day you stayed, Pablo (the host) was amazing. He made sure every need was met and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Everything here was exceptional; from the fresh orange juice in the morning to the little pastries he left after cleaning the room to the fresh water and clean towels. The room has so much space and wonderful natural light. The bed is so comfortable and clean. The room has everything you need to relax. The location is amazing too. The hotel is located right off the main plaza so we could walked anywhere we needed but was quiet enough for us to rest at night with no extra noise. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Lovely hotel Tony was such a lovely man the room was nice and spacious and clean beds was comfortable etc walk out the door and your in the most perfect spot the square 2 min walk the tram 5 mins maximum definitely stay there again.

Ca’s Cuscanti is a lovely accommodation. The room 4 is very spacious, offering everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower excellent. It is very well cleaned and maintained. Tony is an excellent host, providing everything you need. The location is excellent, near the main plaza with many restaurants very close.

Excellent position, very near the main square and the hystorical train station to Palma and the Port, yet very silent. The host Pepe is always available and very nice. The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Coffe and famous orange juice is available in the hall. Very nice!!

Prime location, very close to the center of Sóller, but far enough away from the central square that it is not noisy at night or crowded around the entrance. The host Toni was awesome and accommodating, helped us out after a day of hiking in a big rainstorm. Room was comfortable and clean, with nice features like a central speaker for playing music. Excellent spot for GR221 hikers or anyone looking for a nice, central place to stay in Sóller.

The room was perfectly clean and well organized, with very modern comfortable furnishings. The room has a small balcony with chairs, which is nice to sit and relax in the evenings. The Manager (Toni) contacted us the night before to ensure arrival was smooth and was very helpful throughout the stay. He treated us with local pastries and fresh orange juice every morning. The hotel is a 2min walk from the main town square, which has with outdoor bars and restaurants. Soller (central) is a good location to base your stay in Majorca, as Port Soller and Valldemossa are accessible for day trips.

Beware that there's no door for shower area so it'll be a little awkward to stay with friend but it wasn't too bad because there's a wall to block the view and it has a close door for toilet.

I love the architecture and interior! Staff is very friendly and they gave us fresh orange juice in the morning. I would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Soller. It is very well located and the bed is really comfortable.

Summary: Excellent location. Original house which has been beautifully restored and refurbished to a very high quality and standard. Rooms are state- of- the art and beautifully decorated and designed. The house is a 1 minute walk from the main square in Soller located in a quiet small street. Although there are no meals offered, you can take advantage of the beautiful bakeries for breakfast and the high class restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. To get to the port you can enjoy a pleasant scenic walk otherwise take the historical tram down to the water. Bus Station is about an 8 minute walk away and mountain hikes within walking distance of the house. Toni the host is very friendly and helpful and can offer tips for excursions in the area. I can highly recommend this establishment.

I can not think of one thing I did not like about this property.

There are several reasons to love this property. We have stayed in quite a few and this was at the top of our list. Toni is an amazing host. He communicated with us in a very timely manner and was very thorough with explanations on entering upon arrival and suggestions for exploring and dining. The hotel was immaculate. The location was excellent. It is right in the center of town yet very quiet. Each morning Toni offered us fresh squeezed orange juice ( along with coffee) and some local delicacies to sample. We would recommend staying here to anyone and we hope to return again one day ourselves.

I didn’t like that we had to park away from the property. Not any fault of Ca’s cusanti and I knew this prior to booking. Toni actually escorted us to where the parking area was. 7 min walk but confusing to drive whereas old town does not allowed vehicles.

Spacious, clean and meters from main square. Toni is an excellent host and will take care of your needs. He made fresh orange juice in the morning and left a fresh pastry out in the evening. Super clean with modern shower ( tons of pressure), bath robes, mini fridge etc.

The balcony, whilst good to have, was internal as specified on Booking.com but had only the view of the backs of other properties. Coffee and tea was provided downstairs but there was neither decaffeinated coffee nor black tea and these would be a useful addition.

A lovely modern room with air-conditioning and a tiny balcony. Spacious and immaculate bathroom. Lovely furnishings and pictures with everything finished to a high standard. No breakfast was provided but we appreciated the fresh orange juice in the mornings and pastries in the afternoon.
