Wifi in the room was a bit weak, but very strong in the living rooms.

The staff was super attentive. The room was incredibly clean. They even left a small pet bed and 2 bowls for our dog! The shower was amazing, with great pressure and hot water. The breakfast buffet had lots of cheese, bread, fruit and amazing tortilla. The restaurant was impeccable. The location was stunning.

The breakfasts were limited in terms of healthy options - we’d have preferred a range of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, etc in line with other European hotels of a similar standard.

Some minor cons: our bathroom floor wasn’t super clean and the AC is very loud so it maybe difficult for some guests to fall asleep

The property is very gorgeous! Perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is relatively remote so it’s ideal if you really want to rest and recharge. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

There are no places to eat or drink beside the restaurant in the hotel, which was just so so. Bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy on your private balcony or an outdoor area.

it’s set in a beautiful location out in the countryside north of Barcelona. A very nice breakfast buffet and lots of places to sit outside to enjoy the grounds.

Spa was nice, sauna was very good (even for Finns like us :) and the pool is made from beautiful green marble but the space itself needs a bit of improvement. Half of the functions in the pool did not work. Also it would have been nice to get bathrobe and some extras like body lotion to the premises. The little touches would add luxury elements like the hotel itself has. The hotel is sooo well kept and pretty so I feel the spa would deserve to have a bit better quality too :). Not a bad spa, just tiny improvements needed.

One of my favorite hotels I have ever been to <3 (and I have travelled a lot) ! Thank you! So beautiful buildings with very beautiful decorations and the furniture. All very well kept. Our room was very big, dreamy, stylish and the views from the room were so great. We even had amazing balcony from our bathroom. The yard is also so so pretty and the pool veeery big. The area is THE place for relaxation -- so quiet - very unique place for relaxing. So beautiful green views. Recommended big time when needing to relax in beautiful surroundings.

We stayed in Suite 107 which is at the front of the property. This was great, but the only problem being was the bathroom was directly above the reception, and the bathroom window had no heavy curtain to hide one’s privacy. If you stay in that suite, then mention to the staff that you want a proper curtain on the bathroom window and not some translucent curtain!

pretty much disconnected from any outside influence- the nearest town is 15m by car. the dirt roads within the property itself will require a car wash.

The heating was extremely noisy in the room and it went on and off all the time. We were told it's normal. Also, the wall between our room and the one next door was very thin and let us hear most of what the other guests were saying. In the end we had to sleep with earplugs. For this standing, I find that very regretful. The first day of our stay, there were not so many guests so instead of a buffet, they serveda simple breakfast, not bad but quite scarce compared to the buffet which is normal there. The prices of the restaurant are high and they very few (almost no) vegetarian dishes. They said they could accommodate something for us but we did not want to experiment. There is no kettle in the room, only two small bottles of free water.

The environment and location. The quality of the facilities. The breakfast buffet. The views. The calm of the nature. The tennis court, the swimming pool. The staff was overall very kind and helpful. There is a good feeling of exclusivity there. The bed was very comfy.
