Casa Erletxe is a little jewel at Laguardia.It has an excelent location,inside the walls,but near everything. You can walk to all atractions , restaurants, etc in Laguardia. The managers, Laura and her husband were very nice to me, and I enjoyed a lot our conversations over excellent coffee.The room is very confortable, with everything you need ,clean and well decorated.The Wi-Fi worked perfectly well .I recommend to everyone and I hope to be back someday.

We had no complaints. Breakfast was simple but plenty to eat. While not a complaint, this property is nothing like a 21 century hotel. That’s why it was so cool.Parking is outside the walls around the ring road.

It was part of the wall around city built in the 1400’s! There was a internal nice courtyard we did not use due to weather. Coming down into lobby you have option to to exit to the outside world, or thru another door you are 800 years in the past as you walk the narrow streets. ( zero to very limited car traffic ). There were lively bars serving really good pincho’s. Walking around a town so old was really neat and a good glass of wine was easy to find. This area is in the Rioja region and there are many, many great wineries to visit.

It would be very helpful if guests were provided a detailed map (perhaps included with the hotel confirmation) illustrating both the main access to the establishment (which is located on a pedestrian only street) AND the second access, which is located outside the old walls on Calle de los Sietes. There is a buzzer at the entrance on Calle de los Sietes.

The room was very nice and Mariana waited patiently for us to check-in (a little after hours).She was very welcoming, helpful and cheery.

Although we were able to check in later, the latest check in time is very early, especially for the summer months.

It was such a cute little house and the owner was so nice! It’s right next to the main area (which isn’t hard because the town is so small). You are given mini shampoos and body soap.

Everything was great! The room and place were very cozy, with a nice view and a beautiful terrace. The room was very big and comfortable, amazing location close to everything.

Nothing which would not have been mentioned before here - the centre location might be at cost of being noisy in the evenings. However, we were given fan so it was possible to sleep even with closed window.

First and foremost the couple that runs this place. They were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Furthermore, the location is great and it is possible to park nearby. Even though the breakfast might seem too simple at first it is actually really enjoyable.

Everything was so nice, clean and friendly, easy to communicate, to park, to enjoy the small, but beautiful city. Fabiano with his wife are great hostes to deal with.

Lighting in rooms isn’t optimal. On departure to pick up stored bags, staff evidently couldn’t hear repeated buzzer & we had to call (fortunately # posted on door, because different than one in reservation record).

Sweet to experience what felt like an authentic medieval walled town full of locals going about their everyday lives. Definitely on Rioja wine route & easy to access wine tasting options & enjoy local vintages but not over run with tour groups. It’s just a few streets inside walls but easy pleasant walking outside.Accommodating re storing luggage around bus arrival & departure times.
