The pool area is amazing. very comfortable room. Staff accommodated a room for running my meeting when the Wi-Fi stopped working (for 3 days)

Everything was genuinely exceptional - from the room to the staff and facilities, there was was not a single reason to leave the resort. The breakfast was incredible and super fresh, the pool and bar area was amazing and super relaxing.

- As stated it’s not the most sociable hotel in terms of meeting other guests but that’s not why i booked - Sometimes at night there would be a slightly stale water smell which I assume was coming from the shower area which in a studio was open plan. Some nights it wasn’t there and others it was, never mentioned to hotel staff but it got a bit much sometimes!

Booked a stay here as a solo female and I loved it! The location is great, easy transfer from the airport that the hotel sent me in advance and there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel for trips to other places too. I got one of the studio rooms but definitely think I lucked out because I was amazed at the size, I was in LOVE with my room! Everything you need including fridge, and cooking items if you needed them, not to mention the LED colour changing bed OBSESSED! The key for your room is a bracelet with a charm you put on. No worrying about losing a card or having to bring it while you pop back to your room! I got breakfast and dinner included and was there for 6 nights and don’t think anything was really repeated. Some things weren’t 5 star but very happy still with the food! The hotel helped me book activities and they were super helpful, I highly recommend the boat trip. It’s a little pricey but it’s max 9 people and the boat is gorgeous and it’s a really chill day. As a solo traveller this worked so well for me, I didn’t have to worry about a large boat and keeping my things safe. The lovely brunette lady made sure to not book me with 5 others who didn’t speak English and on a group it would be easier to make friends which was wonderful! Captain was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it, 10/10! The biking is NOT for the faint of heart and I definitely wasn’t prepared but I had a hilariously dangerous day navigating the ‘easy’ GPS course. I would only recommend if you’ve done off road biking before…. I had not!! The pool area was super nice, a little busy at times but a great atmosphere. I wouldn’t say the hotel is somewhere I could make friends as a solo female but I wasn’t too bothered. That was always possible in the harbour area with cocktails only 5 mins from the hotel.

We struggled to think of anything we didn’t like - a swim up bar (like the other hotel) would have been amazing!

We had a fantastic stay in May 2022, first holiday since before covid and we couldn’t have asked for anymore! All staff were very friendly and would go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great! We did the hotel group boat trip for 4 hours in the day and thought this was really reasonable, partner enjoyed the unlimited beers! The captain took us to some beautiful places and he made our trip with this day out. The room was fresh, clean and modern. We had a lovely view of the harbour from our hotel room.

Not enough free sunbeds so the only option is to pay 40 euros a day for a balinese bed. This is not acceptable when you have already paid a lot of money to stay there. Dinner - not good, limited choice and food was always lukewarm. Deluxe room - was very basic not deluxe at all. Nice views across the marina and bed was comfortable

The pool area is very nice and staff are really friendly. The location on the marina is fantastic. Breakfast was superb.

- The clients shouldn’t be allowed to put the towels on the sun beds in order to “book” them spot. - Renting a car is recommended if you want to (90euros/day)

All staff polite and smiling, always ready to help us if needed. I’ve been impressed by JESUS, the boy on the swimming pool area. He made our holiday even better. Thank you Jesus and see you next time. I would definitely recommend you as well the massages performed in the SPA. I don’t know the others therapists, because I had only one full body massage but I highly recommend CLARA. The Therapeutic massage performed by her was strong enough as I requested and was just perfect! Thank you a lot CLARA.

The Bali beds were overpriced and underused whereas the sun beds were cramped together and crowded. There was also a loud DJ in the afternoons which was intrusive at times eg not inclusive as everyone has diff music tastes.

The location (near cove like beach) and breakfast was amazing. Also how views of the harbour were maintained (instagram suggestions expertly placed!) We arrived late and there was a great checkin service. we left late as well and they were v accommodating.

There were some minor things that could have been done better such as the room cleaning and the monitoring of supplies at breakfast. I am really nit picking now and I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

The location is brilliant as it is right on a small marina with a good selection of restaurants and shops. The reception and dinning area is very smart and the pool area is superb. Our room was very comfortable with a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The resident DJ who plays at the pool from 2pm was really good and played Balearic beats that created a nice chilled vibe.

We heard a lot of older guests complaining about the DJ at the pool in the afternoon, although it didn’t bother us it could be quite loud at times. It was difficult to get the free sun beds during the day as they all had towels on them at first light. There were private beds for hire but didn’t feel I should be paying where I had already paid to stay.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, I would specifically call out Laura who is amazing and Miguel was great for organising all our trips. Room was kept very clean as was the entire resort. Breakfast was excellent, great variety.

The resort is very new and modern. the room is large, comfortable bed, nice walk in shower. the pool area is nice - I would avoid the DJ all the time as this is more a resort than a beach club. breakfast very nice and good quality food.

the facilities (gym, sauna, steam room etc) should be free to everyone. you shouldn’t have to pay to use these as they should be available to every guest at the hotel . granted the spa (treatments) should be paid for. sun beds around the pool should be free to everyone and not just those who have all inclusive or paid for - £40 for a sun bed for 1 day is a ridiculous expense. the focus of the staff are around those all inclusive, this makes those who aren’t all inclusive feel a bit distant

We were in a downstairs suite and were woken 4 mornings out of 6 at around 6:30am due to bins being emptied.

the property itself is stunning, very clean and modern. rooms are a brilliant size again very clean. the location of the property is so good, 10/10! The breakfast included in our package was lovely, enough choice. The staff were all very friendly - especially Sergio behind the pool bar!

Great location with a beautiful beach nearby and some hidden spots along the coast you can visit with a bicycle (or walk). Plenty of places to eat out but I’d recommend having a dinner in the hotel too. We had a great time at the resort. If the weather isn’t the best on some days like it was in our case, don’t worry there is plenty of activities you can do, ask Miguel & Sara for tips. They have helped us book Bicycle tour, Kayaking and Horse riding. You can’t leave the island without meeting Charlie and her unbelievably beautiful horses. Best time we have ever had on holiday. The hotel has everything you would need to have a great time, you can even rent a motorcycle there, go to the gym so you don’t have to worry about anything. The staff is really helpful, they were always very friendly. We had a pool party during our stay with live DJ-s and great vibes. Probably the coolest place to stay in the south of the island. Laura is one of the waitresses and she is probably the nicest person you can ask to see during breakfast or dinner. The food was great at all times, the chefs are truly amazing.

The 90min spa session cost around 20€ for guests and the hammam/steam room was nonoperational, one pool waterfall not working and one of the two hot stone chairs was not heating as much as the other one.

I enjoyed the shower, the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The private parking was very cheap and convenant. The location is quite nice, with walking distance to beach and 15 minute drive to Ciutadella.

The place itself was a little world away from everything else - absolutely stunning, food was insane and the pools were beautiful. The staff deserve an award - can't do enough for you and genuinely become friends throughout the week.

There was nothing to dislike.

Although it was quite far from the airport (50 minutes by taxi), the hotel itself was in a central location and within a short walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. It was located overlooking a beautiful marina. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, with very little noise. We chose a Harbour View Loft Suite, which had quite a spacious patio area with comfortable sun loungers. The room itself was open plan, with the wash hand basin and shower in the bedroom area. The toilet was separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. There was a kitchen and dining area, which would have been ideal if you wished to make your own meals. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were great, with a variety of foods to suit all tastes. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We totally enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.
