We changed the room, though, as I have glaucoma and it was a little dark and I struggled to see.

Everything was fantastic, so we stayed an additional 2 nights. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were an amazing surprise.

The room was really nice, always kept very clean. All the staff members have always been really kind and welcoming. Highly recommended also due to its perfect position. In a few minutes you can get anywhere inside the historic center of Seville.

Absolutely no complaints!

I booked a "romantic" suite here on the last night of a week-long trip to Andalucia to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was just what I had hoped for. The hotel, while small, has a quirky, moorish, palatial, sort of feel to it with lots of interesting details. The room itself was lovely and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay a real pleasure.

Lovely decorated. We didn’t stay in the hotel for there was a problem with the hot water boiler. We were offered an apartment instead just around the corner. We took that room, which was comfortable.

Mattress on the bed could have done with replacing a few years ago, the spa bath was a little disgusting when we turned it on, loads of dirt and hair came out of the jets… completely ruined the experience and considering we paid a 50 euro a night premium for a spa bath room, was not acceptable. The jets of water were also rather pathetic and you could just about feel them. Coffee aside, the breakfast was only just about acceptable and not what one would expect for the money.

Nothing really! Worth being aware that it's not so near Seville's old town, so factor in a short taxi ride. That said, the local Macarena neighbourhood was charming with some great restaurants, so a nice bonus.

Beautiful room with lovely, lux moorish furniture and ambience. We loved the romantic four-poster and pool-sized bath too. The ladies on reception and in the bar-restaurant were a total delight, friendly and super helpful throughput. The perfect hotel for our 35th wedding anniversary.

Unfortunately there is a bit of road noise, so we couldn't keep the windows open. The weather was hot so we had to use the air-conditioning.

We loved this beautiful hotel. It is decorated in traditional Andalusian style and feels very special. The location is good, close to the Avenida Hercules (around 8 mins walk). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking costs extra and is off-site (but having any parking in Seville is a bonus). We would stay here again.

Poor breakfast, skip it Don't accept the ground-floor room, noisy, you're pretty much 'on the street', which is usually nice but not at 3 am.

Unfortunately fresh bottles of water was not provided daily. The toilets may have had plumbing problems as there was unpleasant smells on several days.
