We get to Baqueira on 1sdt April, so it was not so much snow. It only rained snow 1 day, in our 5 day ski trip.

I liked very much the room. We stayed the 4 in one room at the top floor. Great views and the bedroom very confortable. A very nice Ski trip. I recomend... we recomend. Family Santos Portugal.

The hotel is nice, but all the facilities in the room are rather used, one can here all kinds of noises around (toilet flush, doors creaking, steps in the corridor, etc.). I would rate it a 3star because of that, although it has a mini pool and a sauna. Don’t expect too much from the restaurant, the food is decent, but nothing special.

The staff are very friendly and nice, location is very close to the chair lift, there is a mini bus that takes you to and from the lift.

The sauna is a bit small, could be upgraded and better appointed without great expense. Otherwise, for the price and location, all is good, especially the hotel staff. And that makes all the difference! Thank you.

The hotel chef and dining room staff are responsive and offer a variety of flavourful offerings. The staff are genuinely service oriented. The beds are comfortable.. NOT HARD! and the linen and towels are of high quality. Finally a Ski hotel that makes up a bed with a duvet AND a top sheet. Thank you!

Rooms are comfortable (decent beds) but seem outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, nice bar and lounge area, lovely pool to relax after skiing. Location is excellent for the Esquiros lift and ski shops in Tanua. Easy to park as well.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are in need of a bit of a refreshing/make over.

It's a charming hotel that is partially renovated and all the public areas are quite nice. Good lighting and good design and nice bar/lounge. The menu was very ample and the food quite good. I would recommend the 1/2 pension plan. Super convenient access to the slopes.

The bar area and reception have been updated but other parts of the hotel including our room were quite outdated. This doesn’t bother me usually but the room was very expensive so I had expected to be more impressed to be honest. For the price point it should have had more luxurious and modern rooms and toiletries etc.

The hotel was lovely and the staff exceptional. They were all very friendly and helpful. The location is great very close to a chairlift (100m) but they also provide a minibus shuttle. Our experience overall was very good, lovely staff and food, nice pool, sauna and bar.

no relevant complementary services (there is no SPA, Gym, Business Center, modern bar or lounge, terrace or all day pool). you need to have a car and drive back and forth. WI-FI only works well in common areas. Rooms and bathrooms desperately need to be refurbished and updated

Chalet Bassibe is a cosy small mountain like hotel with very friendly staff. I had stayed before at the hotel so I knew it well enough. price is very good. breakfast is quite good

the swimming pool was just too small and the wall at the end is AWFUL, and needs to be painted or maintened. We decided then not to use this space. By the way, with just a family, it is crowded . In a four star hotel, you really expect more from this sort of space. My wife was really desapointed ( we took our swim suit)and I do regret since I travel for work ; I SPECIALLY WANT HER to be happy. GENIUS CUSTOMER

there is no isolation in the hotel - so you hear everything from the other rooms - water running / light switch on / move chair / walk on stairs.. after a day on the slopes you don’t want this - and just want a good night sleep :) service for breakfast / restaurant was a bit complicated and the felt very stressed - maybe reorganize this a bit?

occasional smell of drains in the bathroom, which was not very pleasant. Reception staff addressed the issue promptly as best they could but not completely resolved during 5 day stay

great location for skiing and with transfer minibus though it was only a short walk to lift at 1700. excellent breakfast and great friendly staff both in restaurant and reception desk. good value half-board with variety of tasty dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chalet Bassibe. Lots of options at breakfast and dinner and we all really liked the meals. The staff were really kind and welcoming and the location for our ski holiday was perfect . It’s just a short walk to the slopes although the hotel did provide an excellent bus service. I would definitely stay here again

The property is beautiful, the food delicious and the stuff amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It snowed while we stayed there and the staff even helped with the cars so they were not stuck under the snow. The half-board menu is superb. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Location is excellent, 200m from lift, and ski hire shop. Free shuttle available. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and spa - small, but clean and functional. Food - great menu, well presented, reasonably priced wine list. All excellent. Breakfast was very good.
