Cleanliness and attention to detail: clump of hair found on bed (looked like one of those that form in the washing machine, bedding was nice and fresh but nobody checked for hair and removed it), also clump of hair in the shower (right in the corner, difficult to see from outside the shower, unfortunately floated right into the middle when using the shower...). Room quite dark (only one window, walls painted brown), nowhere to hang up used towels esp. pool towels (so everyone took chair from the veranda into the room to have somewhere to dry your towel). Also location incorrect, property in north of the main road so busy road to be crossed on the way to the beach. Road quite noisy. On-site restaurant offers snack for lunch but only larger meals for dinner. Quite a lot further away from Tarifa then indicated on map so if you don't want to eat at the on-site restaurant, you do need a car!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, beautiful set-up and lovely, very well kept gardens, comfortable bed, sea view from the 1st floor veranda, good breakfast.

The thing I would improve would have to be the breakfast variety. For example, there were no eggs to choose. And there was another thing that actually didn't bother us but I understand it could be a problem for some: the hotel is near the main road and can lead to some car noise.

The hotel is perfectly situated, clean, with friendly staff. The area outside the rooms it perfect with many lounges to relax.

The location shown on Google maps for this address leads to another hotel. You need to keep your eyes peeled for the sign that says "Tres Mares"and turn into the driveway there.

The room was clean and comfy. The outdoor areas at this hotel were beautiful - lots of outdoor seating couches on the hotel terrace and lots of lounging areas by the pool/restaurant in the garden. The person at the reception spoke good English and was very friendly. Free parking at the property. The restaurant was a bit pricier than normal in this area of Spain but the small meal we bought as a light dinner was delicious. The waitress also kindly accommodated our request for some olives (which were not on the menu) and let me borrow a set of cutlery to chop up some fruit for the next day in my hotel room. Breakfast was also delicious, especially sitting outside and enjoying the garden area.

You should improve hotel signage it is very difficult to see fro the road.

You can improve breakfast and will then exceed your customers expectations. Better quality Orange juice, fresh fruit, Chafing dishes with scrambled eggs and bacon. The cook was too keen on clearing breakfast even before 11 am. Thanks and well done to the lady running the service on her own.

The rooms are small with little decoration, which isn't an issue for me, but there is very little storage so its difficult to unpack (even in the bathroom, there is a tiny shelf, which isn't enough to put all my toiletries on. I would suggest adding some some additional shelving.

The garden was stunning, it was like being in Bali! The beds were very comfortable, and came with nice quilts (which you don't always get in spain). The cocktails and food from the the bar were great, it was so nice to chill in the garden. Ambient music is played throughout the garden, which helps to drown out the noise from the road.

Beautiful hotel, the grounds are stunning and lush! Really liked lounging in the garden and enjoying the sun by the pool. Staff were great, the lady doing dinner both nights we were there was lovely - shame I can’t remember her name (she had lovely long hair). Dinner menu is a bit limited and pricey but what we had was delicious! Breakfast was plentiful and also really delicious. The one thing I can say is that the location is a bit strange. We did not have a rental car so had to walk down to the beach which is quite dangerous as there is no pavement and the road is really busy. Unfortunately there is a lot of traffic noise in the garden but we still managed to relax. All in all a good experience and would stay there again.

This is one of the most beautifull hotels I have been the garden and the pool area is amazing very quiete and green its a place to go to if you want to chill be in nature and quite. Staff is very friendly and they let us be all day at the pool after Room is comfy beds are nice and also comfortable Can't wait to go back!

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. We had also paid for garden views and got views to a parking/dirttrack instead.

The grounds are very well kept, with lots of foliage and beautiful decor. The staff were all really nice and very helpful too.
