However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. I encountered unfriendliness and a lack of professionalism that negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, I was required to pay a parking fee of 12 EUR for my motorcycle, which seemed excessive and unjustified.

The hotel boasts an excellent location which is perfect for those looking to explore the city by foot or using public transportation. The comfort of the bed provided a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing, adding to the convenience of its central location.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city. The street in front of the hotel offers enough parking spaces for everything else and if there are no more available, you can also park in the underground car park under the hotel. The food was good, the breakfast was good with a small but good selection, for dinner there is a menu from which you can always choose from two different dishes with three courses. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My room was modern and clean.

This was a great option for our trip to Tangier the next day, we stayed two day and the the next day went to Gibraltar and was a great option. The staff was friendly and breakfast was full featured.

The only thing missing in the room was a safe deposit box which we expected to have.

The hotel was well centered. It was walking distance to a lovely park for kids and a few mins drive to the malls. The hotel also had a convenient garage and all the amenities in the room. The bathroom also had a bidet which was great.

My room was looking to a petrol station and a car wash, so it was a bit noisy with open windows. The staff at the reception is not really professional and friendly.

No kettle for tea/coffee making. Aircon in the room didn't work and wouldn't turn on. No spare pillows available in the cupboard.

The park was 12€ a day. I have consider it too expensive. And also, the hotel, due to its location, the price was a bit higher than it should be.

Slight smell of cigarettes in the corridor.

In a great area of Algeciras, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. We did not have the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning for our ferry to Morocco. The port ferry terminal is 25 minutes walk from the Hotel.

The eggs offered in the buffet breakfast are not good at all. The price for the night was a bit high for what the hotel offered.

We just stayed for one night to board the Ferry to Morroco next day. The room was confortable and the Toiletries were very complete. The staff was all very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions. I was thrilled to find an Indian restaurant nearby, which made my dining experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I didn’t find the oversized bed to my liking, but because the double bed was more expensive I chose the twin option. I also didn’t find to my liking the overpricing for the breakfast. I feel that 9€ was to expensive, plus for 2,50€ I was able to get a substantial breakfast in a nearby cafe. Also, most hotels I have frequented have a kettle and tea for when u get up in the morning, this didn’t.

The stay was comfortable and cool. The views were nice and it was a quiet stay.

good parking nearby, the staff was super helpful - we arrived before 00.00 so it was reassuring to know that there was someone to check us in. The room was also quite nice, clean bed sheets and towels, good toiletries. A respected three star hotel! we totally recommend!
