Complicated way of getting the keys, involved multiple phone calls

The neighbors are very laugh! They was arguing during the night. No good coffee machine creaking bed

It was a different apartment from the one I saw when I booked. Also, the check out time is 10am,,, too early!!!

4th floor with no lift. We were booking last moment so happy that we found it either way but definitely would not recommend if someone has issues with lifting heavy luggage. Very thin walls (and during two nights neighbours definitely had a very loud conversation till late at night). I had earplugs so it helped.

Spacious, very clean, nice view. Amazing location (was staying in city centre on previous trip and definitely prefer this location).

Bad connected with airport. I had to pick up the key in other part of the city. The bed in the bedroom squeaks very intensively.

The apartament was clean and fresh, there was enough kitchen utensils, conditioning works good. Apartment located in a cosy area, with a lot of coffeeshops, grocery stores, restaurants, close to the beach.

- bed - kitchen furniture, entrance door lock, and bathroom door needs to be renovated - Noise isolation is bad - As a suggestion, I would like to add that it would be nice to have some basic kitchen supplies like tea, sugar, coffee, etc.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor. The building had no elevator so it was very very exhausting going up and down the whole time. Also right next to the building were trash cans and it smelled really bad. There were some issues like non-working keys and weird wifi. The bathroom door was old and you couldn't close it fully and the bed was very loud.

The building was very close to the beach, in the middle of the city and was very clean. The apartment looked very good.

After the reservation was made, they charged me a cleaning fee that I didn’t know of, if this was mentioned in the ad, it was not very clear. The neighbors were also very noisy at night.

It’s a lovely apartment close to beach and all facilities in a classic Spanish building. It had everything we need and more. The kitchen had all appliances, there was a washing machine, hair blower. Also, the location was great if you want to go to the beach or reach other tourist attractions.

1. Stairs to flat narrow & worn. Not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues. 2. Bed wobbly. We worried it would collapse. 3. Was no dishwasher, or basin or plug for kitchen sink, so wasted water when doing washing up.

WiFi didn't work the entire time I was there, the maintenance worker came to try and fix it but it still didn't work after they left.

Beautiful apartment, big and spacious. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. A/C in 2 rooms. Walking distance from the beach.

The sofa bed could do with a steam clean, some spillage stains. But that was the only thing really.

Excellent location, lively but more residential so quiet at night. A variety of food shops and restaurants all around. Less than 10 mins to nearest Metro, and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Apartment was clean and practical.

Décrépit flat, at the limit of insalubrity. We were welcomed by an oversized cockroach. A slug dropped from the ceiling during the shower. The bed is horrendous.The windows don't close well so you get all the street noises. For this price it was really à let down, also you have to get the Keys at the other side of the city.

Well situated, that is all it got for it.

it’s tatty and needs urgent maintenance work and renovation. could be nice too many stairs 83 to be exact too many flies the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows stank

Low water pressure, so it takes a bit longer to take a shower. The mattress is too soft for my tastes. Apart from this, all was excellent.

Very nice apartment, with cute little balcony as well. Nice area, with shops and Rambla close by, near to the beach and to the metro station. Cleanliness was superb. Very kind staff too!

Keys delivery very complicated. Coffee machines but no coffee, no tea satches. Additional payment for city tax and cleaning. Price should be only one.

You have to pick up the keys in a different part of the city. The host did not inform me about this up until the evening before the arrival. Communication to arrange the arrival was very poor - no one responded to my messages and only with the tech support of booking I managed to get an answer.

No lift in building but no real issues

Great value for money, plenty of shops and places to eat in this quiet, relaxed neighborhood
