The ac doesn’t work, nor does the fan. The room is quite stuffed and warm. WiFi doesn’t work well. Bathroom is very small and the temperature of shower water is not stable. The plugs are not enough (we booked a room of 3 people, and there were only two plugs). There’s nothing provided. No cups, no fridge, nothing. If you need a kettle, you need to borrow it from the staff and they even ask for deposit.

The price was very high for the basic accommodation offered. This accommodation is a hostal with hotel prices. When we saw the bathroom I thought of going out into the street to look for a cat to see if there was room to swing it!

Location was excellent. On arrival the lady at reception was very friendly and explained everything very well.

Uncomfortable bed, room smelled funny, you could hear the tvs in the other rooms through the ventilation system and there was no way to control the aircon, which was so dry that I would wake up at around 5am with an incredibly sore throat.

I booked a room with a twin bed, but the room had a single bed, when I told them that I have paid for a twin bed they told me they will look into it and asked me to pay 50 euros more per day, when I declined they stopped caring. The room was right next to the reception so there constant banging, phones and bells ringing, talking and doors slaming from very early in the morning right outside my door. The room window didn;t have a street view, so mostly no sun light. And to top it all up, two hours before the checkout time, a lady just barged in while I was still in bed, she didn;t even say sorry and closed the door again.

I was actually really disappointed as we had no view from our room. There was mentioned 2x view (view + view of the city) in the description and we got a room with view of the wall (see photo). I compained at the reception, but they didn't offer any kind of improvement / compensation. I wouldn't book it if I had known it before, it is not worth the price. Also the corridor was quite noisy and wifi was not working properly.

The accommodation was situated in a very good location, just a few steps from Casa Mila and Casa Battló. You can also walk to Sagrada Familia or Las Ramblas or take public tranport. Staff available 24h.

Very basic room, strange setup with a small reception on the 2nd floor which was quite confusing. Helped some elderly Norwegians that couldnt access the building.

Just about everything: there was not even a glass in our room, no fridge, the towels were rubber stamp size and hard as sandpaper, the air conditioning could not be tamed, the access to the place was weird, the reception was useless and one of the guys could not speak any other language but Spanish. And it's BLOODY expensive for what you get!

The only positive aspect of this property is its location, really central and really close to anything.

This place is absolutely terrible! The staff is shockingly rude and unwelcoming. The towels feel like sandpaper, the rooms are disgustingly dirty with bed bugs crawling around, and to top it off, the manager is equally as rude. Oh, and don't even get me started on the non-existent air conditioning. Avoid this nightmare at all costs!
