Room was tiny, very little room to move around. Shower sprayed everywhere and flooded the bathroom quite easily

It's a cozy hotel with a character. Old building with charming details, the rooms are freshly renovated and clean. The location is great, right at the beach, yet it takes just a minutes to get to the downtown by the taxi.

Outdated rooms and bathroom configuration was strange with the doors. Pay for use of the safe per day. Haven’t seen that in a 4 star property before.

It would be nice if there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, robes, etc....

The hotel is situated in a super quiet area outside of the Palma city center (1 hour walk; 20 minute bike ride; 25 minute bus ride; 10 minute taxi). It was really nice to come back to this haven at the end of a day touring around. We booked one of the three rooms that has a large terrace and it was well worth it as we passed many mornings and afternoons relaxing. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and allows you to take whatever you want to your room, so we had long breakfasts on our terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace also has a large daybed for lazily passing the day reading in the shade or on one of two lounge chairs, as well as a small table and two chairs to dine at. The hotel is situated on the beach - it was no more than a few steps from our room to the beach. The hotel offers bikes for you to get around. I highly recommend doing this as the beach boardwalk has specific lanes for bikes. Great way to see the island! All around our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Because of the design of the hotel - the window cill in the rooms are a little high - and the TV in an odd location. But didn't matter - we had a super time!!!!! Oh and we had to ask for a kettle. Am Irish and need lots of black tea! They very kindly gave us a kettle and cups.

Just everything. Stylish hotel, relaxed and informal, beautiful pool, across from a great beach. Room looked directly out to the med - with views up towards Palma. Stunning! We rented bikes at the hotel and enjoyed the coast.

Really difficult to fault it , so nothing really could have been better . On the last day we tried the breakfast at the hotel but it was very limited . So maybe that’s all .

We opted for a room only basis . The hotel is in a perfect location , just a walk out of the back gate and you are on the promenade where you can walk or cycle for miles . We travelled late October and there were still coffee shops and places around for us to eat . The rooms are emaculate and the staff so helpful and kind . I’d love to return , I think it’s a little gem of a hotel . I think it only has 20 rooms so prefect.

The breakfast costs were expensive for what was on offer & there were no tea/coffee making facilities or an iron in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing and so friendly. We unfortunately had to change rooms due to some noisy construction work but ended up with a garden room which was lovely. For how expensive the hotel is breakfast really should be included in the price or tea/coffee making facilities should be in the rooms as buying a coffee at the hotel was quite expensive!

Nothing - everything is superb.

Our second stay at Ciutat Jardi, once again, fantastic. The greatest thing is the hospitality from the team, from arrival to departure. Friendly, welcoming, and this feels like a home from home. I have particular praise for the ladies serving breakfast and on the bar - they are excellent ambassadors. Excellent breakfasts, with an abundance of choice, catering for all tastes. Delicious dinners, with excellent local Mallorcan wine choices. A lovely pool, to refresh you on a hot day - and only 20 metres walk to the beach. Easy access to Palma city centre, by frequent bus services, or by hiring a bike from the hotel. Immaculately clean, in both our room and all the public areas. Very high standards, very professionally run and very hospitable. We look forward to returning soon!
