The staff was not up to standards. The receptionist couldn’t really indicate a proper parking where to park our car. He sent me a small screenshot of Begur where you couldn’t see a thing and when asked about parking possibilities over the phone, he was of no help. We also enquired about restaurants in the area (low season, many restaurants are closed), and he couldn’t tell us about any. The only one he suggested (20 meters away) was closed and he had no idea. We eventually found one after searching the neighbouring streets. The lady in charge of breakfast was rather unpleasant. Not a smile, not a word uttered. So all in all, a pleasant stay due to a nice hotel and a nice setting but the staff is not up to standard.

Location: you will have to walk five (5) minutes with your suitcases from the nearest parking lot, on cobblestone. Customer service after an incident at breakfast.

The location as the hotel is in the centre, there is no possibility for parking at the hotel, only a bit further. The owner of the hotel can help you with the possibilities. Some are free, some are not free. It was fine for us, but depending on where you can park, it might be a problem for old people, or for people with more suitcases.

The location as the hotel is in the centre, in a nice neighborhood. We had a problem with our room, as the air conditioning didn't work but the owner could manage to give us a different room. The breakfast was really good, just like the view from the rooftop terrace.

Of all the times we have stayed we have never found the staff/owners to be particularly welcoming, not unfriendly but quite abrupt. More Doctors receptionist than your usual typical hotel owner. If you need information about the hotel or the area your Spanish needs to be up to scratch. If it isn't the local tourist office is probably your best bet. That said, the hotel is lovely, the location could not be better and I know we will be back next year.

We have stayed at this hotel many times The location is terrific as not even a stones throw from the square with a couple of bars serving tapas and drinks. The room is a reasonable size, comfortable with a terrace to sit outside. The shower in the Bathroom is superb. My advice would be if you have not stayed at the hotel before and arriving by car is to park first, in one of the carparks and find the hotel, then go back for your luggage. Any of the parking areas are only 4-5 minute stroll to the Hotel but this will save you pulling your suitcase along the streets as you try to find the hotel entrance for the first time.

The elevator is the slowest I have ever used in my life. But oh well, it's an old building so it's not really their fault. Also I would recommend the personnel to remind hosts to close the bedroom door with a key, because the door closes automatically but it doesn't lock and they don't tell you that.

The bedrooms in the back are quiet and the Hotel is literally in a super busy area. The breakfast was really good.

We had room with window to the main street, means to sleep with air condition (even the air was nice outside - the street was very aloud whole night). But it was clear due to location of the hotel.

Very nice and lovely place with friendly staff. Very tasty dinner. Place for breakfast on the roof with amazing view. Thanks for offering gluten free breakfast and bread!

The staff. The woman that greeted us was miserable from the second she greeted us. That attitude carried over to breakfast the next day. So much so that we decided to eat out the next morning because we didn’t feel like interacting with her. She was in accommodating and rude. it definitely put a bit of a damper on the stay

This hotel ticks all of the boxes! It was super clean and the room we had was a deluxe double and it was beautiful. There is a really charming and relaxing atmosphere. There were robes in the room and slippers and breakfast was great! Brilliant location and the spa is beautiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly and check in and check out was so quick and easy.
