I was a bit hesitant after seeing all the negative reviews about the room, but our room was lovely. It was spacious, had a lot of places to unpack our luggage, a small fridge, and the water pressure in the shower was good. We didn't have any problems with noise, but we were there in shoulder season. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. The entrance area of the hotel is gorgeous. We received a glass of sparkling wine on arrival. The hotel offered to call us a taxi to the airport on our last morning without us even asking.

You get what you pay for! The isolation in the room is quite bad, when people close their doors the whole building shakes. In general, facilities are quite tired (shower is just bad).

Super friendly and helpful staff!! The access to the beach and Beachouse Club in front of the hotel are one of the great benefits staying in this hotel :-)

While most of the rooms at this place were pleasant, I must mention that one of the four rooms we booked had a noticeable mouldy smell. It's important to keep in mind that the location is near the airport, so occasional plane noises are expected.

The breakfast was excellent and the location is brilliant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided great value for money when booked in advance. However, I suggest being cautious about booking closer to the date as the prices may be too high. Overall, I recommend this place.

This is a big complex with lots of tourists but it’s clean, spacious and does the job! Its directly on a gorgeous quiet beach and the breakfast is great!

someone came into my room very early in the morning and when I spoke to the reception they said they would report it? I found that unacceptable that some other guest could walk into my room I asked for a 12:30 checkout instead of 12:00, they said it was impossible that I had to la an ex to a 60 EUR and stay longer …. found that a little upsetting the dinner at night is a huge buffet family style .. irs not my thing but ok if you like that sort of thing. on the last day I returned my towel and wanted to put my bag away however the receptionist took my towel reimbursed me the 10 EUR deposit and instead of asking me if I wanted anything else( which I did) I need to know where to store my luggage for the extra 30 min) she just started speaking to another customer …. though it was rude

That day the elevator was not working but at the next day they were working. The hotel even though it's very near of the airport, you still have to go with a taxi (ask reception) if you don't have a car because the bus is a nightmare.. The hotel is always busy and crowded with teenagers

The best thing is that the hotel is in front of the beach with a direct and private access! It has a nice pool, but with a sea like that I don't know.. The breakfast is a buffet with a nice variety. You can dinner also, and it's again buffet style with a great variety and affordable. Better than go eat in the streat. It has a place to shower after checkout, very nice so you can relax at the very last minute. Next to the main disco, if you are in that type of thing.

The beds were horrible you can feel the springs, only a sheet and smallest pillow I've ever been given. 2 tiny single beds that wouldn't stay together they slide and squeak.. I'm couldn't sleep with my spouse. The lighting is horrible and AC barely works

Location was right on the beach.. If you are there to go to ushuaia or Hi it is right across the street. Touristy area with food in walking distance. Parking was easy. Pool areaa were beautiful with lots of chairs. Nice balcony on our room. Great water pressure in the shower.

My room was next to the bar area where they played music loud till 1am, arrived in the room to find the bed was damaged and every night someone in the corridor forgot their key so got woken up every night with someone banging their door trying to get in

Bedrooms very tired and in need of some serious renovations. Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling, rust patches on the balcony, headboard of bed worn away in patches overall rooms were pretty grotty and not a 4* at all.

Beautiful lobby area, and nice pool area. Staff always cleaning the public areas which was reassuring. Breakfast was also pretty good - good selection of food (although could have been warmer).

- Extremely noisy - the doors are really heavy and they bang. Given you are in Ibiza and people are coming and going at all hours - the doors bang throughout the night. We also had neighbours having parties on the balcony at 1am - The bathroom in particular is very dated and not overly clean

- Good selection at breakfast but the quality isn’t amazing - If you are going to closing parties the location is great - Staff were helpful and friendly - Rooms are big

The floor in my room was a bit sticky. But what really bothered me was they way the front of the room was situated. So the full entrance is basically a big window. It has drapes on the inside, so you have privacy. But when you leave your room, you obviously can't close the drapes from the inside. So basically, every time you leave your room, everybody can see into your room. I always made sure to hide expensive things, like my laptop and camera gear.

When you enter the lobby, it looks amazing! So big, so beautiful, very friendly staff, there is a lot of things to do there and the swimming pool area is beautiful! Despite my negative comments below, I really would recommend this place.

The small ceiling leak in the bathroom. No double beds! Only singles put together ! Also 2 pillows on the beds would be good !

Lovely clean hotel with a great pool and a great vibe during the day ! Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast in the morning ! Walking distance to ushuaia and hi so it was perfect for us. Also being right on the beach was perfect! One tiny thing we had wrong in our room (5018) was the bathroom ceiling had a leak in it which soaked our bathroom, we didn't report this as it was a small issue but this is something the hotel should be aware of if not already. All in all a beautiful hotel ! We loved our stay and will return when we next come to ibiza :) 5*

All amazing except: 1- No good supermarket/coffee shops around. 2 - NOISE!!!!! If hotel change the doors of the rooms the hotel rating will be much higher! (can listen all day the people on the corridor and outside noise)

Hotel needs to be renewed. Has this old apart hotel feeling to it. Shower was ok, the tiles were dirty, old dirt. The breaksfast had almost no vegan option, the room was loud and service wasnt great.

Thought i had all inclusive, but then got a grey wristband and wasn't included. Pool closes at 6 pm when sunset is at 8 pm so don't understand that. Bed was not very comfy and room could have been cleaner.

Fun atmosphere, with live music at night. great location close to a lot of activity, breakfast had a lot of variety but was only there for a 1 night stay.

when we arrived one of the three identical rooms was more expensive . after staff tried to sort it out they stated it was because I booked through booking.com. I ask for ammending the price they refused. then the AC in the more expensive didn’t work and they told us that the service personnel already left.

rooms stank of mould and damp. air con did not work at all. key card didn’t work when we got back late. shower was horrendous, tiny shower head that sprayed all over the whole bathroom. whole place was soaked after a quick shower and floor very slippy.

Good atmosphere round the pool. comfy beds, pillows were lush. great buffet lunch.

Have to pay €3 per day to use the room safe. No ironing board/iron. Not enough sun beds for the pool area. Most are reserved very early morning. No beach sun beds free to use or to rent. The beach club prices are extortionate. Some of the staff reception desk were unfriendly and abrupt. Was an effort for them to do the basics. Lunch/dinner food was lukewarm and quite repetitive. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms. Definitely not 4*.

Location is perfect. Near the shops and clubs and short transfer from/to airport. Relatively good value for money. Straight out onto the beach also. Room cleaners did an excellent job at keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
