Nothing - all very good

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. There is a secluded beach, and plenty of pools with sunbeds. The restaurants were of a very good quality with plenty of choice. The bar areas were very good. the entertainment was well thought out with something for everyone. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We went for 4 nights, just as a couple, and could not have been happier.

the furniture had not been updated in a few years and could do with a revamp on the inside disco room a bit dated now and could do with being more sociable

a great place for families the second time we have been and enjoyed it so much would definitely go back in a few years with all of the grandkids

The rooms are terribly dated !!!! Broken furniture! Lifted laminate on the floor! Towels with holes! ……..

The food was bland no matter which restaurant you choose. Drinks very poor. No shuttle bus service from the hotel into Cala D'Or etc. Laundry facilities were far away from our room. In total on site with a capacity of i think approximately 2,400 people there were only 4 washing machines, and 2 tumble driers in the whole resort!

We liked the quietness at times where the room was situated. The pool staff were very friendly and hard working. No problems getting a sunbed you didn't have to be up at silly o clock to reserve your bed. However, the buggy service was not frequent and the distance from the main resort was about 10 minus on foot. The rooms were clean, however, very tired and need to be updated. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

the evening venue has no air or breeze due to the barriers. would be good to have them lowered or outside fans. the rooms are not very well sound proofed so quite noisy.

All of the facilities are geared completely towards young families and each and every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure you have an incredible stay. Nothing is too much trouble and service is always with a smile, we have had a truly unforgettable stay.

gym is a bit small especially if you are interested in lifting weights gym opens at 10 in the morning

we stayed for 7 nights in july 2022. couple + 8 yr + 9 month baby. staff was very nice and welcoming. lots of stuff to do for kids!! the pools and slides for kids are amazing. lots of activities for the kids during the day, and also various sport activities for adults like stretching, yoga, cycling, table tennis and more. beautiful private beach, large variety of food in the restaurants. for conclusion, we had a great great time!! we felt it was good value for money.

Could of offered us two proper beds or three singles as I had to sleep with my sister in law which was a little awkward. My sister is disabled and fell coming out of the shower and fell again in the hallway. Not handicap friendly. No grab bars or floor mats. Floor very slippery.

We booked for 3 people. Two people had a comfortable bed but one had a not so comfortable sleeper sofa. Location was ok. Little bit of a drive to the town. A little remote. Luckily I had a car. Food was great. Never took advantage of the pool and amenities as we were traveling the island each day.

The picture of the bathroom on the website was completely different and cleaner than actual one. Some of the equipment especially a hair dryer was broken and we asked for it to be replaced or repaired, but the technician never came, despite repeatedly saying they would come during our over 4days stay. Other than these two-point was excellent.

the only thing I would mention is that it’s almost impossible to get a sun bed because people wake up ridiculously early to reserve them with the hotel towels and this is not monitored so people could leave a towel there all day and never use the chair - only about 30% of reserved chairs actually had people on them and some day we couldn’t get one.

All of the staff were really helpful. For an all inclusive we were pleasantly surprised by how good the meals were and the variety of each night. The property was very clean and well kept.

you still have to pay for the vault even when you pay a lot for the room the bier was never cold in some of the "food & beverage isles" (I only had cold bier in two of them) the floor in all pools was very slippery the cocktails wasn't good

two spaces (a living room with two beds and a bedroom with two beds "connected") the view the proximity tô the pool & main areas most of the employees were very friendly

The fruit could be better.

Everybody was so nice. All the staff congratulations, from bar to restaurant to the cleaning. Every nigth good entertainement. Cant complain about nothing. I Will be back if possible.

there was plenty choices for food, kids clubs and entertainment team did awesome job everyday. even allowed me and my wife a few hours each day for some alone time. definitely looking to return.
