Air con could have been better

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Food choices were varied, catered for everyone and was replenished often. All staff very friendly. Pool areas were well kept and ample sun beds at any time of day. Recommend for families with smaller children.

More umbrellas by pool - notices should be put up to stop people reserving sun beds and then going out ! Paper cups for drinks in bar or paying deposit of 1Euro for plastic cup. Hotel needs good refurbishment. Long wait for taxis.

There are some small things: 1 Most of the guests is the family with small children and some of the days there were really loud music during the day time when a lot of babys areused to sleep .Probably to put some isolation hence or something would be a solution. Or maybe try to put the guest with small children to blocks behind the stage. 2 Animation program (Mini disco) for children leaves much to be desired and not only 5 songs. 3 My mother has fallen down in restaurant because the floor was slide from the water. Unfortunately no-one helped her to stand up even some workers saw the accident.

Plenty of food that exceeded our expectations. Fish, meat and even sushi :-) Very nice and friendly stuff in restaurant. Hotel located not so far away from Cala Egos Beach , though we used it only twice because of jellyfish . On the other hands Cala mondrago is only 8 minutes to drive and the bus is driving there every 15-30 minutes. Shops and restaurant is very close to the hotel. Swimming pool for adults and the small one for the children. Parking places all around the hotel and there were no problem to find the free place.

Evening entertainment we had to pay for a taxi every evening into cal a dor for decent entertainment live tribute acts etc also after four days there my room had only been serviced twice

Rooms needs some updating, walls are also really thin. You will wake up for every noise.

Easy parking, and easy to find. Taxis are near and won't cost much to the centre of Cala d'Or. Most of the staff was friendly and pool area was nice. Great breakfast.

In one of the bed some slats was broken.

Everything was as we expected. The beach (Cala De Egos) was very close. The dinner was good and has enough variety. It's a family friendly hotel.

There wasn't any activities or entertainment during our 3 days of stay ( I don't think that karaoke it can be counted). Also I was suprised that the swimming pool doesn't allow to have any plastic in pool (inflatable ring also), which was ridiculous especially that was almost empty pool. So I coudn't relax.

I was a nice place to stay for those three days. The food was every day different on lunch which was nice. Also a lot of choices such as cooked meat / fish or ham. The room was clean and towels were changed every day. Pool was big and enough deep.

The entertainment was poor. I didn’t really want any, but felt sorry for the performers trying so hard but basically miming.The next night I went next door and saw a fab Cuban band for the price of a beer (€5)

Breakfast was fine, bar poor quality teabags! Most of the staff were brilliant. My room was lovely. I asked for a quiet one and it was calm.

Few staff members should improve their attitude based on the fact that it was their decission working in the hospitality business and it's not that difficult being friendly especially if I try to be friendly too.

The size of the whole place is stagering. Fancy bar and restaurant, plus there is a "games" room with pool and arcades which was real fun. The pool looks amazing and they have a separated waterpark.

Drinks too small - have to keep going back to the bar. All inclusive drinks finish too early There could be some music playing in the evening - doesn’t have to be loud but it would creat a nice atmosphere
