The breakfast and dinner buffets were disappointing. Despite the location local fresh fruits and juices were not on offer. Without a car alternative restaurants were out of the question. Despite being advertised, bikes for hire were not available. A laundry is also not available for guests just an expensive per item washing service. The advertised activities and tours were only available for those that had booked through the French Kappa Club. TV was only available in Spanish and French. Netflix etc were not accessible.

Large resort set in beautiful well kept gardens with good sporting facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable and had a magnificent view across the golf course to Salobrena. We got a taxi there on our last evening had a fantastic dinner looking out across the landscape. The small beach bar on the property was a highlight.

Swimming pools are exceptional, indoor and outdoor, couple jacuzzi also outdoors, so you can enjoy no matter of weather, kids loved them! We were with baby and indoor pool with very nice tempteture. Staff very nice, helpful, everything very clean. Very good value for money.

The rooms have everything but are very basic, I would rate them 3-star. The reception was not able to help me at all with getting paracetamol when I was having terrible headache. Payed parking, even though not many guests were staying there. The reception told me to park inside but without notifying that it is payed parking inside the resort.

The outside areas of the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The price of the food including beverages was good for 16 euros a day. You will need a car to get around the area as there is nothing very nearby.

The hotel was quite expensive compared to similar resorts in the area. In addition, the room equipment was somewhat worn out - rusty things in the bathroom, some stains on the walls, damaged wardrobe doors.... It really deserved some maintenance.

I really liked the location of the resort and the overall layout of the resort buildings. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. I didn't get a chance to check out the beach or the pools because I was there in late December. However, the hotel organized animation programs that took place every day, so if I wasn't visiting nearby sights, I could join in.

There was no option to chrome cast to the TV and there was no option for cooling besides keeping the door open. We asked for a fan and air conditioning however we were told these weren’t available. We also were not very happy with the price of parking per night especially considering we were there for two weeks.

800 guests eating dinner; mainly all inclusive. Don’t like wearing a wrist band and eating in a very huge canteen. Nevertheless buffet excellent & wine list very reasonable with free wine included on tap. Thalassian spa expensive for just 2 water jets & nothing else!!

Excellent facilities. No need or reason to leave hotel & grounds.
