No door on the shower - soaks the bathroom floor every time. Why do hotels do this? Food average to be honest although good value for money. Parking a complete pain.

Despite Covid measures in place, room service was ordered in from an outside source? Delivered by a guy with a bike helmet on. We booked this hotel for the underground parking facilities as we had issues with car door not locking, wasn’t aware that we had to reserve. Arrived at hotel to find parking full and was told to find somewhere to park on street which involved removing everything from the car for security reasons. Reception staff didn’t offer to help my partner who found and loaded a luggage trolley herself whilst trying to look after our 8 month old baby. Found dust on headboard and black grime in bathroom.

Road noise. plus we required parking which was specified on website but at first we’re told it was full- had to try and park nearby. Under normal circumstances that would be ok but our car on this occasion was packed full of person items . when we complained we were allowed to park in the underground but up to that point we were so concerned about our goods. why weren’t we told we could park in the first place? There were spaces in the garage. it just made our arrival after a very long journey very stressful. Thank goodness the second member of staff we spoke to was more obliging. We could actually sleep that night!

The location was perfect for discovering the town with great views of the city from the 10th floor . Parking available but not free.

The hotel must have been furnished more than 30 years ago. It will need soon a complete renovation. Wi-fi in the room very poor.

I was travelling by car, and I could find free parking on the street behind the building. I didn't need to pay for the garage of the hotel. I had a nice view from the room on the top floor. In 20 minutes walking I reached the city centre. Nicely designed bathroom. Quiet. Clean.

The breakfast room was very cold at 7am. You're not supposed to have to take a jacket for breakfast. None of the coffee machines were operational. I paid 8€ for a breakfast without coffee. The parking area, on the -3 floor, seems like a dungeon. Good paintwork would be a great improvement.

Not a huge problem but the toilets in the room was interesting having see through glass doors and no main door to separate the facilities from the bedroom part.

The hotel is very nice and on the main road into Burgos and about 30 mins from the old town, so a nice walk in without any issues. So the hotel is outside if the city but in a reason able location. There is a very big Hipermarket (Alcampo) close to the hotel. We were very fortunate as we parked outside the reception in a limited time place, but i wa then able to move the car a few yards to a proper free place right outside the reception doors!!! A great result and a great start to out visit ! We didn’t have breakfast because we like to experience the local food on the hoof so to speak. The receptionist told us where to go and how to get to the old town which is straight forward from the hotel. The city is fantastic!
