The pool is nice but could do with more sun umbrellas.

Hotel is very nice, lobby , pool etc. Only shame is it is a little far from town maybe a shuttle service to denia town would be ideal for people without cars.

Location was easy to find. We used the restaurant for an evening meal and it was excellent. The choice at breakfast was extensive and catered for all tastes. Staff cleared tables promptly and were pleasant. The Reception staff were polite and helpful at all times and housekeeping staff greeted you with a Buenas Dias and a smile. Excellent customer relations.Nothing.

I’d say a car is a must , we didn’t have one and although reception ordered us a taxi no problem it wasn’t as easy getting one back to the hotel from Dénia

Bigger indoor pool in the spa area.

Great hotel for golfers. The hotel works with the neighbouring golf club to offer guests the opportunity to play 27 holes - some easier than others. We enjoyed the friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, spa and fitness center.

These are micro suggestions - nothing major but really concern eating at the hotel in the evening (which you want to do during a multi-night stay because of the location). Ambience in the bar area on the reception level and the main restaurant at night poor - very brightly lit and surgical/day-time in terms of vibe. Also lightly staffed if you eat in the bar here (food arrived a bit chilly and the waiter was slightly frazzled/grumpy as he was on his own). Some form of dimming to the main lights and a couple of screens to zone off the reception/breakfast area with a few candles on the tables and they'd sort this out. I know this is a golf hotel but both bars (reception and lower) have screens showing sports which is a shame - ditch the one at the reception level). Outdoor pool unheated - would have been nice to swim.

We were a multi-generational family group staying between 26th and 30th December. Well run Marriott - performs exactly as you expect: very clean; good linen; spacious rooms; excellent buffet breakfast; generally friendly and efficient staff; big pool; and a good gym with all the right kit. Located outside of Denia and Xabia - expect to drive / cab to either for dinner though there are a couple of very good restaurants closer to the hotel (notably the El Gaucho if you like steak). We don't golf but most people at the hotel seem to be there for the golf course and/or the excellent cycling in the area.

Not much to dislike. If you like to go to the beach it might be too remote ( 10-15 car minutes)

Very nice hotel. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Great pool. Golf Course in front. Quiet location. Nice staff. Excellent dining, at least we enjoyed an excellent Menu of the Day.
