Beds could be more comfortable

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. At the reception, they were more than willing to help us with absolutely everything, from parking solutions to planning trips. They offer various tours that they will book for you, they will also help you rent a car, order a taxi...etc. Bus stops are located very close. I recommend looking up restaurants in the area on the Internet. The food in Arrecife was really excellent. I also recommend renting a car and driving around the island. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, big and clean. There were really few people there. The holiday was really fantastic.

The room was good with a proper third bed rather than a sofa bed which is why we chose it at late notice. Easy to find, parking available, fridge in room and an opening window which was needed. TV and fan was also in the room and somewhere to sit rather than on the bed. 2 good lifts, dining room with option to have breakfast.

Booked accommodation as unable to travel home due to injury. Staff were excellent went extra mile to ensure my comfort, spotlessly clean,luxurious white towels, plenty of hot water, WiFi.

Everything seemed really good. A minor comment about breakfast - perhaps there could be other cereal options (like muesli, rather than sugary cereals) and more pastry choices - there were only donuts.

We had to find a hotel after a flight cancellation. We chose Arrecife for its proximity to the airport. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach front - and our room had amazing views. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that we could check straight into our room. The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and answered all our queries. The hotel is a short walk to amenities, shops and restaurants. The room itself was spotlessly clean, quiet and a decent size for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast was good; nice fresh fruit and some cooked options to choose from and a good coffee machine (or coffee from the bar). We needed to leave our bags until the evening and the staff were helpful in allowing us to collect luggage later and change for the airport. On leaving they arranged a taxi for us.

The location was excellent, the room was comfy and good size, breakfast was good enough, and near we had nice places to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful, they recommended an excursion to visit the most relevant places to see. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a super location, overlooking Reducto Bay. It’s well worth paying the extra for a sea view room.

Breakfests were really poor. Everyday same things with low quality. If some dish Has been eaten I think personel has not filling it back, which is not fair for clients who are eating around 10 p.m. This is totally big place to improvement.

Breakfast was only €7 but for hot dogs and boiled eggs thought it wasn’t value and would not eaten if I’d have seen the lack of choice.

The hotel needs to quieten the hotel rooms doors. The Spanish are very noisy people they like slamming their doors day & night. The doors need cushioning on the frames to prevent unnessasary noise??

The breakfast was quite poor generally but on our second morning even though it was not late lots of things had run out and would not be replenished. There was no bread for toast, no rolls, cakes, yoghurts or eggs. Other people were complaining

Hotel is near the beach, right on the promenade, the bus station is 5 min far by foot, so the bus connections to the rest of the island is just around the corner. Near the bus station there is a small park. Few restaurants and small supermarkets are very close as well. Staff was really very helpful and nice. Good breakfast. Nice view from balkony on the ocean side.

The location is fantastic, right across the beach. Short walk (about 10 minutes) to the city centre,. Airport bus stops 5 minutes walk from the hotel. My room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The furniture and the whole decor looked new. Breakfast plentiful - fruit was a nice option. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.
