We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. At the reception, they were more than willing to help us with absolutely everything, from parking solutions to planning trips. They offer various tours that they will book for you, they will also help you rent a car, order a taxi...etc. Bus stops are located very close. I recommend looking up restaurants in the area on the Internet. The food in Arrecife was really excellent. I also recommend renting a car and driving around the island. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, big and clean. There were really few people there. The holiday was really fantastic.

SpainThe room was good with a proper third bed rather than a sofa bed which is why we chose it at late notice. Easy to find, parking available, fridge in room and an opening window which was needed. TV and fan was also in the room and somewhere to sit rather than on the bed. 2 good lifts, dining room with option to have breakfast.

United KingdomEverything seemed really good. A minor comment about breakfast - perhaps there could be other cereal options (like muesli, rather than sugary cereals) and more pastry choices - there were only donuts.
We had to find a hotel after a flight cancellation. We chose Arrecife for its proximity to the airport. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach front - and our room had amazing views. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that we could check straight into our room. The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and answered all our queries. The hotel is a short walk to amenities, shops and restaurants. The room itself was spotlessly clean, quiet and a decent size for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast was good; nice fresh fruit and some cooked options to choose from and a good coffee machine (or coffee from the bar). We needed to leave our bags until the evening and the staff were helpful in allowing us to collect luggage later and change for the airport. On leaving they arranged a taxi for us.

SlovakiaHotel is near the beach, right on the promenade, the bus station is 5 min far by foot, so the bus connections to the rest of the island is just around the corner. Near the bus station there is a small park. Few restaurants and small supermarkets are very close as well. Staff was really very helpful and nice. Good breakfast. My room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The furniture and the whole decor looked new. Breakfast plentiful - fruit was a nice option. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.
