United KingdomAccess to the hotel from the main road is a bit of a magical mystery tour. Whilst the restaurant is on the main road. Titled Hotel Diamo Restaurant, the hotel itself is a separate building a good 200 meters away in amongst other buildings. There is no signage to the main entrance of car park. We spent 10 minutes trying to find the hotel! Unfortunately one of our members had a faulty air conditioner that despite being switched off. It came on and off during random periods. The hotel manager was unable or unwilling to call an engineer to sort the problem, leading to a sleepless night! Although we were a party of 7 with 4 rooms booked, I was charged up-front the day before we arrived for all rooms. We wanted to pay separately with separate invoices. My credit card was therefore charged the full amount for all rooms before our arrival leaving my travelling companions "frustrated".
Location in this beautiful part of the Pyrenees proved we made a good choice in staying over at the Hotel Diamo. Whilst our group only stayed one night, we stayed on for an extra day to enjoy the town and the surrounding countryside. The Hotel was good without being spectacular.. However, the jewel In the crown is its restaurant. Excellent menu with a good variety of choices on the menu at reasonable prices. The food too was well presented and the attention of the staff was second to none. We ate in the restaurant both nights were were there.

On site parking is a huge bonus for motorbike riders, we were very pleased with the hotel's parking area. A beautiful, scenic hotel location and fabulous restaurant made our stay very memorable.

IsraelThe bed was a bit worn, and we could feel the springs. Even so, it was not soft. We had a bit of a hard time sleeping. Also, the doors don't close quietly, and we started to hear doors banging quite early, which was not the most pleasant of experiences.
The staff was wonderfully warm and pleasant. At breakfast, there was an attendant who helped and they made every effort to communitcate despite language barriers and to answer questions and hep any way they could. The room was a decent size, and the breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh. There was not a lot of variety there, but it served its purpose well. It also had a good coffee machine. The location for us was great. It's near a lot of hiking trails and lakes and rivers. However, there is really nowhere to eat near the hotel, except their own restaurant (which is good, though not inexpensive). That said, it's close to Benasque, where there was plenty to do in the evenings and more variety of restaurants.
