Issues for parking no place available even during the low tourist period

The underground parking wasn’t on site, was extremely tight, particularly for larger cars and hotel only had one access key. Shower screen leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Room size was good for two adults and two dogs. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast choice was reasonable

The shower was a bit difficult to change between the different modes and the breakfast was a little low on variety. I also found the mattress a little soft for my liking.

Everything else. The room and hotel was clean and fresh, it was situated in a quiet residential area with nice views of the mountain, within a pleasant walk from the port. The staff were also very friendly. All in all very good value! 👍

The Private parking was a joke. Only suitably for very very small cars. Parking on the road was safe but hard yo find a space

The one thing that really annoyed me was the perfumed smell in the room.

The Lady at the reception was so kind to offer me her parking spot right in front of the hotel. The place isn't in its best shape anymore but the bed was surprisingly comfy.

All is super good! Maybe the bathtube a little too old and signs of use during the years, but only as a small detail without many importance.

Really nice, welcoming and confortable hotel. l really remark the cleaningness and I loved the fact about the bed sheets / linen smelling so, so good! While sleeping at bed it was fantastic. Really loved that detail. Also a great fact having air conditioning.

Very dirty bathroom. There was a mold stain in the shower, and there were fingerprints and hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was also very disappointing as there was nothing fresh served, not even the croissants and the ham. Buffet was also not stocked properly. There was no fruits anymore, only 1 rotten apple. So ended up with just coffee.

No parking. Women on reception on the phone all time she was serving me. Quite hard to find. Not a good area thought it would be nearer to the see. Nothing to do.

The women on reception moved her car so.i could park in her spot.

The place and room was very very dirty nothing had been cleaned. very noisy doors banging, lift door/fire door constantly slamming to all night long. We had been driving for 8 hours and were able to get no sleep. The breakfast, was abysmal, bread and meat and cheese were all atale and presented on a surface that had finger prints all over it. The breakfast room was dirty, dark and dismal. There was very limited choice of anything. There were pubic hairs in the bath and in the plughole. In the bathroom after, showering you could see where someone had written a message in steam on the window. The room was cold and there was only one small blanket available. There was no heating. Pictures were taken. In the morning there was no one around to help. The parking for which we paid €10 was underground in a very tight space provoking us to panic all night about how we would get the hire car out again the next day. Absolutely no COVID measures adhered too as all communal areas were unsanitary.

The guy that checked us in was very helpful and considering he was controlling everything alone did an amazing job helping us with the carpark, our bags and room.

The general level of maintenance and up keep is lacking.

There was no Air conditioning and the sun made the windows very hot to touch. We booked in at 17:30 and found the room hot. We closed the curtains left the A/C on and went out around the old town. On our return we found the room still hot, at 19:30 my wife went to reception to ask about the A/C. He said that it was not working and that he he had told me. This was not true! At 5:30 I would not have stayed there knowing the A/C was not working. He offered her the money back but at 7:30 it was rather late to look elsewhere, also he said no other rooms were available ??. The A/C in the rest of the hotel was working so I suppose they were just trying to save money at the guest's expense. This is one couple of guests they will not be seeing again........

Restaurant food was interesting and good value for money.
