We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungarySome of the staff members were not really helpful. At the reception they said first that there were no towels for the swimming pool which was not true. The waiters at the Boulevard Restaurant were incredibly unprofessional, especially the guy with glasses, named Carlos. We had to wait really long until they attended us, they didn't bring plates, they didn't clean empty glasses and bottles, sometimes we literally had to beg for them to be attended. Also, the daily cleaning service of the rooms was really poor, they got the bed done, changed towels and emptied dustbins, that was all. :(
The location is excellent, best pool in the neighbourhood, I also liked the music and dancing in the evenings.

GermanyThere was a rumbling sound in the building. Not all the time but on both days we were there it started also at around 5 a.m. Also the airconditioning didn’t function. We put it on 18°C and when we returned after some time it was 29°C. No matter what we tried, there was only hot air coming out of the vents. We told the reception desk but it wasn’t fixed. We just opened the door to the terrace and fortunately could cool down the room enough to sleep. The lid of the toilet seat came off. Bad workmanship.
We got a room in the new hotel. It is a bit industrial like, but very spacious. The shower is very nice. The breakfast is extremely varied. And the people that serve it are very nice also.

New ZealandThere was quite a few children around, school holidays. We thought there would be no children, or at least not as many as there were.
Management staff were incredibly helpful when our car was broken into in Barcelona. They assisted with security parking until we could get the windows repaired. The cleaning staff were also very good. We ate most of meals at the restaurant just at the top of the stairs outside of the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel looked very busy and with Covid still an issue we decided not to mix with too many people. Food at the outside restaurant was good. Coffee in the mornings was excellent. We could have our dog with us, which was excellent. We spent a week here and overall it was very good.

GermanyThe room really needs to be upgraded, the room is so small but there was basically any room to walk in the room that is not occupied by the bed. The beds are very uncomfortable and tacky and I definitely needed a massage to get through the trip.
They have a lovely swimming pool and lovely food options I thoroughly enjoyed these experiences.

Hungary- Room: the airco was very difficult to control to our liking, it was either too hot or too cold. The room also had two double beds for no reason, as we were only staying with 2 in the room, which used up a lot of space and we could hardly pass each other when moving about. - Cleaning: the toilet paper and shower gel weren't regularly restocked in the room during cleaning. The drain of the shower was clogged up with hair, thus the water overflowed the shower tray. The public toilets were also missing toilet paper. - Swimming pool: there were only 2 parasols around the pool and 2 areas that were covered to provide shade for about 10 sunbeds, it was very difficult to find shade if we arrived later in the day. The area was freely accessible for anyone from the street and security guards stood by to check at entry but it was inconsistent and therefore not very safe.
