"Brunch" was really bad, everything from coffee to food. Could not eat anything, went once, then didn't waste my time on it. Soundproof in my room was very poor, neighbours next door didn't let me sleep with their super loud sex.

Good location, amazing staff. Hotel renovation is nice, everything looks beautiful.

Our room was just too small, with a small storage space. It was hard to move around. The design is weird for my taste, with toilet unit a meter from your sleeping area and sliding door which is not the best option for privacy. Also the sink is not in the same area so you have to get out and walk to different part of the room to wash your hands. The pillows were horrible.

Perfect location right next to main comercial street which leads to the beach. A two minute walk from the bus station which connects you to Barcelona, Girona etc. Excellent breakfast in stylish interior.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff were super helpful, hotel was really clean and comfortable. We had the twin room overlooking the pool. Room service was great even though we were only there for 4 nights. Breakfast was lovely, all you can eat. Location was central, just one street back from the sea front surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants.

The pillows were super uncomfortable and we had issues with the AC and it was very hot at night.

Good, central location close to the bus terminal and the city centre. They have the brunch included until 13.30 every day.

Our room had a small balcony, but no outdoor furniture. We could hear music from the building opposite for a while in the afternoon, but after we closed the double-glazed balcony door it was quiet.

Good large luggage room where we could store our touring bicycles during our stay. Outstanding breakfast - we're really not sure how the hotel can afford to offer this at the price we paid! Pool area looked nice and spacious but we didn't have time to use it.

The balcony on 5th floor over the street sloped and made me feel unsafe... Breakfast was 9kay but crossants not cooked properly and burger in brunch were horrible.

Upon arrival there was hair in the shower and stains on the shower floor.Floor skirting board near the shower is coming off. It would have been nicer if their was a kettle provided.

We like the location.24 hrs reception.5min walk to the bus station.Shops nearby.Walking distance to the beach.Comfortable bed.Strong shower.Reasonable choices for breakfast.

There can be some improvements in staffs working ethics. The food was almost always the same, and not very good.

The place is comfy, beautifully branded, close to the bus station and to the sea. Pricing is great.

The balcony wasn't really a balcony. It was just a door leading to the common stair landing. The residents are all very young, so it was a bit noisy at night. The swimming pool was dirty.

A nice hotel in the centre of Lloret de Mar. I would say it's mostly suitable for the young people. The room wasn't big, but it was clean and there was a desk. No wardrobe though, only a few hooks on the wall. The breakfast was very good with a range of dishes. However, we don't know if it was different from day to day, as we only stayed for a couple of nights.
