Location is okay , on a back street so was hard to find at first , short walk to beach and restaurants. Was clean and tidy. Fan worked and air conditioned the room nicely. Would stay again.

I did not like the distance from the apartment to the trash. The one open 24/7 is located 350 m. Maybe, it is not far, but in the day of my check-out and travel to the airport, it was quite problematic to look for it.

The apartament is located 5 minutes to the beach and in the heart of the city. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The hourbor is located 13 minutes from the apartament and bus stop around 15 minutes. The apartament is well-equipped. There is a nice balcony and a terrace on the 6th floor. The check-in was fast and simple.

All perfect! Great location! Just a few meter from the beach and many restaurants. Perfect view and well connect apartment if you would like to visit the south of the island.

Despite room being comfortable, windows had to be left open, when present, to cool down room as no air conditioning available. With windows open the noise from outside could be a bit annoying especially at 01.00 every night when litter was being collected especially the noise of the bottles being loaded. Having to lug my suitcases around for too long, as my flight arrived early (10.00 in Tenerife South Airport), and unable to gain access to my room until 15.00,

Central Location, only 10 minutes walk from main Bus stop. Plenty of restaurants available within walking distance of a few minutes. Good selection of cooking utensils available in room.

Small bathroom, the narrow sink is a bit difficult to be used ( brush teeth, shave) due to the cabinet above Even if it has a washing machine, I was informed that it is in clients responsibility to buy detergent

The terrace with the washing machine and the drying rack for the clothes is open, so when it was raining, everything became wet.

The location and the equipment of the apartment were very good.

We arrived 11am. We were unable to get the keys until 2 pm . Dragging a suitcase around the beach in the heat . Check out was 11am so early as flight was 6 pm . The cleaning lady gave us the key but said she had no English ! Communication through email was very slow . Days after we arrived !

It was quite noisy especially late at night. There was no air con so you had to have the balcony door open.Bathroom was very small

They could have repared the fan or put in a new one. It stopped on one of the first days. I sent a message , they told us they would send someone to repare it but then they did not. So it was hot..

Poor kitchen with tight space due to built in table. Poorly equipped, four spoons, knives and forks, blunt prep knives. No plug in bathroom sink or kitchen sink, no washing up bowl either so washed up in a glass bowl! The lift was out of order from Sunday until Tuesday meaning walking up 8 flights of stairs with shopping! Very dirty fan in bedroom, mouldy washing machine which smelt too bad to use. Wonky metal bed frame that shook even if you just sat on it. VERY thin walls, we could hear couples.

Large two bedroom apartment with great view over beach and port. Comfortable for 3 people only. Good bathroom and lovely shower. Tv had all the channels we required. Great sized patio with cold shower to cool down whilst sunbathing. Lots of windows to open to draw air through apartment.

They advertised a jacuzzi which was not working, asked for an umbrella for terrace which never arrived as the umbrella in the apartment was broken. Kitchen tiny with no oven. Would ask questions on WhatsApp but no staff ever arrived.

A bit on the small side , but the host had very cleverly thought of everything . Anything you needed she had thought of it and it really made our stay there enjoyable ! I would book this place again !!

The comunication with host was perfect from the very beginning and it was all effortless to check in. The apartment was incredibly clean. Good wifi connection.

- the neighbours were quite noisy there was one night we coudn't sleep - the flat is quite small but as I said for 2 persons is more than enough and it has all you need în the matter of facilities - I woudn't recommend it for people with children though because the walls are very thin

- Very good communication with the host - very good location, close to shops, restaurants and Los Cristianos beach - 800 m walking to the bus station - very clean, with towels and all facilities described when we booked it - garbage is collected near apartment every day after 5 p.m so you can throw it there - there was water and snack when we arrived, very useful for people who get late at accommodation, as was our case - easy check in and check out - option to store your luggage in case you have the flight later and want to enjoy the sun one more day - elevator - all you need for a great vacation if you are not too sofisticated

There is not really parking, so you have to find it on the street which can take some time.

Location was great; just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and very near to lots of restaurants and bars and things to do. The room itself was nice and clean, but nothing particularly fancy.

There wasn't a view from the balcony. The roof terrace was ok but in need of a bit of an update.

Location was good. Apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and extra bed linen available. Having a washing machine was very helpful

I know i booked an apartment without air con,but the lack of air con in almost 30° heat was a drawback
