The room view was too close to the building in the front, and breakfast had everything you needed but I think it could be better.

We stayed there so we could be close to the ferry station, wich was only a 5 minute walk, so that was great for us. Room was fine!

I didn’t have windows looking outside but into an internal area of the building and thus the lights were always on.

it was right in front of the port so easy when needing to get in/out quickly. modern, clean structure with all the basics.

The extra cost of the spa put her off using it and the rather slow service at the rooftop terrace bar as only one person cooking and clearing up tables while another taking orders and serving every guest drinks and food.

The staff was very accommodating as we had a very late then over 6 hours delayed flight but could still enjoy our bedroom thanks to a late granted checkout until early afternoon. Much appreciated. The bedroom looking into an atrium was just perfect for a few night stay👌🙏. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking by the port and the old city. The spa centre on the second floor is fantastic but an extra 28 Euros. Finally the wonderful surprise of the rooftop terrace and pool with bar/restaurant was the cherry on the cake. The Strawberry Milkshake was very refreshing.

This hotel is advertising as a SPA, but from SPA facilities there is only 1 massage for over £150 and next door massage salon offering a variety of good quality massages with reasonable price. Also bear in mind that if you want to use spa area there is an additional charge per hour.

Perfect central location with only 5 mins walk to the harbour. Always clean room and fresh towels every day. They have a small gym for those who still have unspent energy from nights out :). Good breakfast with big variety of food. However, for 4* hotel the coffee should be better. Please replace your current coffee beans/machine.

Awesome hotel. In the heart of Ibiza. Next to all highlights. Walking distance to waterfront, old town and beach. Bus route outside hotel directly to airport. Beautiful, modern and stylish. Definetly a hood stay. I was given early check in. Much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Wide selection.

The Spa was disappointing with only one very expensive massage €165 on offer - we had hoped to get facials and spend some time in the spa but it was not to be.. Also the beds/mattresses are quite hard and the rooms are not soundproof!

I wouldn't say this is somewhere you would want to hang out at for the day - not really a pool scene & rooms feel a bit dark.

Location is great. Very near the port & taxi rank. Simple and clean - ideal if you are looking for somewhere reasonable to put your head down

1. the music/ noise from the outside bar which went on until 4am. had to change room. 2. wifi is a bit crap and tv has no English movies or channels except bbc world news, even. that is limited . 3. gym really small 4. the spa did not have the steam room working and the sauna was not warm enough. the water spa itself was great. but a 20 euro charge which is very high. 5. breakfast was ok, was not keen on vegan sausages or the potato waffle things which were hard. lack of choice for fruit. 6. the. chairs were very noisy and every time anyone moved they screeched and echoed across the whole room

central to everywhere , 5 mins to port and castle. 15 mins walk to beach. easy to work to bus station . good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes . pleasant staff and nice sized standard room with balcony . nice roof top area and bar. pity there is no proper pool, just a paddling about area.

The room was great but not huge ( I was traveling with a bike, so the bike box, bike and our regular luggage made space a little tight), generally very quiet, but on 1 night out of 7 we stayed there was loud music from somewhere nearby which could be heard slightly but didn't disturb sleep

There is nothing I could fault the hotel on.

The highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. The food was amazing, we ate lunch there twice, the area was quite large with plenty of beds and umbrella's, the service was brilliant. The location couldn't have been better, the hotel is just a five minute stroll to the restaurants etc, with a shop just across the road. I would highly recommend it!

This location is close to the harbour and not far from Ibiza town. It was a great place to come back too after roaming the island

Fantastic position just one block from the harbour. Staff lovely. - rooms great, clean and comfortable. coffee and tea available in the rooms. Sky bar and infinity pool on the roof was great with loads of beds. Breakfast was excellent. Let us check in early. Looked after our bags on day of departure checkout was a nice time of midday. Definitely stay here again when visiting Ibiza.

Breakfast very good. Room facilities good although shower had no hot water till at least ten minutes run time, sink plug didnt work so wasted lots of water. Roof top pool very nice
