The room was not clean, the remote for tv had a good layer of muck on it, there was so much dust under the bed. You have to pay to use the indoor pool as one outside was freezing and unusable. The staff wasn't much help, I went to the hotel for 3 nights for my bday with my 6 Yr old arrived late as my transfers left us as the airport as we was last getting through security then the morning after arriving had a bit of breakfast and nothing else but a banana and apple for lunch from breakfast time , to then around 7pm my daughter was being sick alot up utill around 3am when I ended up at hospital she has food poisoning only one place she ate food at this hotel. So all Monday she was in bed ill and then tuesday having to check out at 10am and nowere to store bags as not paying €10 a hour extra for the room so spend 6 hrs in reception on the sofa and some of it outside to use the toilet near the pool. Very unhappy with my stay here will not recommend anyone to stay here unless you wanna be ill and sleep in a dirty room ( cleaners made bed and towels every day which I was please on ) Oh and the room was tiny no kettle so no drinks .

Location was the only best part of the stay.

First off all inclusive should mean all inclusive not somethings are free and others you’ll pay half price for. Shocking honestly. The food was way below even edible, I don’t know whether it’s purely Spanish food but some English options at least once a week would be great, most of the meats were either chewy undercooked or just leather, the waiting staff were rude when asking for more drinks for dinner one night I tried to order 6 drinks so I wouldn’t have to bother them again and was told I could only get 2 at a time. Pointless, I’m all inclusive just give me what I want it’s not too much to ask. The hotel advertises a “heated pool” the pool was 100% not heated it was close to freezing and had a hose pipe trickling hot water at one corner, that’s not my definition of a heated pool, the entertainment well XD, it was a joke the girl was loverly if not slightly over friendly but she was trying her best, there was bingo, which we had toothpicks as pens.. I understand Covid is a thing but give us pens they’re not expensive then throw them away. The movie quiz, was unlike any quiz I’d ever been to, told to shout “chachacha” to answer you wanted to answer and even if you shout first it’s as tho the Spanish quests are favoured over the English guests. The rooms are ok for the price beds not the most comfortable but I wasn’t expecting the comfiest bed ever in all honesty, bar staff were really nice and chatty with everyone giving the bar a nice atmosphere, had to keep getting new room keys as they wouldn’t work after a day or two of using them, if I had to stay here again I would eat out everyday and not bother with paying for all inclusive honestly The spa also was not included in the price and hosted 1 jacuzzi and a cold pool with 2 sauna rooms costing €24 for 2 people for 2 hours and since Covid the jacuzzi was rotated between groups when going the second time we couldn’t even get in it.

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s cleanliness.

There was no Heineken available on the bar. 🥲 not fans of carlsberg or San Miguel to be honest.

I enjoyed everything else here in the hotel thank you. Only.thing we missed was a fridge in our room maybe a little counter top one.

I booked 4 bed room, but when we came we got a three bed room. That was solved, but we had to wait another room to be ready, which was not so cool after 13 hours ride from CH. At the end my family got sick and we had to leave two days earlier, but the hotel refused to give any refund, stating that because the booking was made on booking.com, the hotel can't refund. After calling Booking.com, the support explained that was tho solely decision of the hotel, tried to reach them on telephone, but without success. The parking is free, but you need a tons of luck or a two hours ride around the hotel to find a spot. All in all, very bad experience.

Too busy for the amount of staff running it. Seemed like it was at full capacity even during the pandemic but there wasn't enough people working. Always a queue for the bar to get a drink and queue at the restaurant for every meal. Restaurant was quite dirty with food all on the floor and very chaotic with no organisation. Pool too small for the amount of guests with no space to relax. Small entertainment area outside and in the bar area meaning unlikely to get a table to view it when it is running. Overall, the hotel made the holiday very unenjoyable for us and we wouldn't stay there again.

The bar area is very nice and it is chilled during the day with relaxing music.

Air-conditioning didn’t work during our stay even though we were coming to reception all the time to do something about it, Cards to the doors were getting constantly broken and we had to change them all the time. Staff didn’t help at all.

The room was dirty even after the staff came to clean. On the first day the airco was already broken and the sink was clogged(was fixed later on). The staff every morning just asks for house keeping and without an answer just opens the door while i was still sleeping while a left the note saying do not disturb! And every day i needed to go downstairs because the card of the room didn’t work
