The fridge and air conditioning weren't turned on because of the season, but would be good to have a working fridge.

Good location, only a short walk to the old town. Being in a shopping centre is very convenient with cafes/restaurants/supermarket. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern with a bathtub. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. The buffet breakfast was really nice and good value.

Helpfull staff, room cleaning everyday. Supermarket right next to the hotel. Walking distance from the centre. Airport Bus Nr 6 close to the hotel ~ 800m.

The carpet had lots of stains. That really needs a good wash, bring your slippers!

It takes some time to get to and from the hotel, especially on foot, and it may be confusing for someone who's not familiar with the area.

Friendly staff and affordable pricing. The hotel is inside a mall, so there is a supermarket, multiple stores, and cafes nearby. Blackout curtains and a spacious bathroom. It's also very quiet.

Location. 20 minute walk to the centre. Reception was not part of the hotel . No lift to first floor at the weekend. Had to walk through the dining room with suitcases to leave and enter hotel. Not hygienic. No sound proofing. Could hear people talk in the next room

The room itself and surrounds are VERY dated. The small size wasn't so much the problem (as I expected) - but the noise every time anyone shuts a door!! And when I shut the door, everything rattled LOUDLY above the doorframe into the ceiling. Aircon was a little rattly too and didn't seem to be operating consistently. Whenever anyone moved anything even slightly, you can hear it - which leads me to wonder why do they have such heavy wooden furniture? The view outside the window was into the mall, which was a different experience that kinda grew on me. The worst thing though was the lift. Too tiny and very old - and at peak times, guests are forced to wait for the lift to empty completely, or take the stairs with their luggage.

Location was really convenient - inside the shopping mall and metres from the Alcampo supermarket-department store. Great laundromat also about 300m away - in the mall. Bathroom was really clean and shower was strong and hot! Cleaning lady is really attentive to detail! Front reception staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you to Miriana and Juan especially for looking after me so well, and answering every question!!

We needed a hotel with late check in for our flight arriving and this was our option. A funny little set up in a shopping centre but we liked it. There is a big supermarket below and cafes and shops inside. It's not central but we still walked in and out of the centre and there is a bus outside if you don't fancy the walk.. My son is vegan so breakfast didn't really work for us.

The location inside the shopping mall is a bit strange! There should be swipe key access to the stairwells and video cameras in the hallways in my opinion.
