We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainIt would have been fantastic if they could offer an evening meal so that guests don't have to go out or get a takeaway. Evening just a notice of just one dish that one has to pre-order that morning so that they know how much to cook would be really perfect.
The owners are both lovely people and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. A good location in the centre of Sallent.

United StatesThe heat had not yet been turned on for the season (mid-October), and I found the room chilly - though good for sleeping! Spartan room, with no seating other than the 3 small beds (sort of dormitory style).
Such a beautiful town, and such a cool location within the old part of the town. Friendly hosts, and a very nice breakfast provided. Slept well on a comfortable bed, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very nice.
