There was noisy building construction going on from early morning, with machinery blocking the entrance ally way to the property and one end taped off .

- the balcony is tiny and was not clean - the apartment has a view of a narrow alleyway. Otherwise, you won't see much from the windows - finding a parking spot in the nearby streets is very difficult

- the bed was very comfy - the apartment was nice and clean and located in the centre of the old city - the kitchen was good - there was a balcony

Bed was too short and (I am 182cm). It seems that new building will rise just a feet away from the apartment and the noise from the site is quite intense.

The apartment was on the first floor and super dark, which was for our trip in November, when we search for sun and light rather a negative and we had to make program all the time to try to be out of the apartment, which made the price rather high. in the heat of the summer this would rather be a positive aspect. In the description there is a roof top terrace, but there is not, only for the apartments on the last floor. The apartment didn't feel cosy at all, but that is just a subjective feeling.

The property was so well-located ! The host was also really nice and helpful. He responded immediately when I asked him some few questions. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped and the bed and sofa comfy .

Superb location and great comms from the hosts who were really helpful with all our queries. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags in the apartment prior to check in as it was already prepared for our stay. The roof terrace was much bigger than expected with a fantastic city view and we loved the turret bedroom. Nice big TV and comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the apartment and stay again if visiting lovely Malaga.

Some very small issues: it could be clearer that there is no washing machine at the property, so you have to use a nearby launderette; the second floor balconies have security grilles, so they don’t look like the balconies in the photographs of the apartment; floors were slightly dirty, which was very noticeable if you walked barefoot in the apartment; and some of the light fittings were insecure, and one needed to be tied up for safety.

Great location, close to Plaza de Merced, and a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the Amphitheatre. Although it’s right in the old town, the bedroom is away from the street and very quiet at night. Great hosts with good communication before arrival, and during the stay. It’s in such a great location, and quiet at the back of the apartment, that none of the other niggles really matter.

The lounge furniture on the roof terrace was broken so the seats couldn’t be sat on, (dining table and chairs were ok though). No cleaning supplies left, or plugs for sinks - guests are expected to go out and purchase clothes and washing up bowls? (Maybe a minor detail, but as holiday rental owners ourselves, we ensure all areas are covered for guests to have a stress free stay and doesn’t cost much).

Location was amazing, right on the edge of the main centre with good links to everything. Roof terrace was larger than expected. Spacious apartment for a couple.

Perfect location in the old town centre of Malaga :). You can easily walk to all nice places in Malaga from here. The beach will take a 15 min walk. The appartement is simple but good. Everything you need; enough space, nice bed, nice shower and airco!

A tremendous amount of noise - from people having parties in apartments above till 5 am, to church bells at all hours of the day, to drilling and building work first thing in the morning. Even earplugs don't always work. Also, Aircon has been removed from the bedroom, big shame.

Great apartment, great location - solid wifi and an excellent amount of space. Super clean when I turned up and two double sofa beds in the living room meaning many people could stay at once. The host was also very responsive.

We only had 1 small air conditioning for the whole apartment (1bed 1 bath). As it was in the living room the bedroom did was extremely hot and unbearable (especially with the heat). We asked the host to change rooms or a fan - she provided us with a fan the next day. The finishing was not the best and the bathroom had a shower curtain.

Location of property was fantastic. Contacting the host was super easy and she was very responsive.

Everything. Location was super central and even though it’s right the heart of Malaga it was super quiet. You had everything that you need to feel comfortable and wi will definitely come back there.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Company had issue with wifi but they tried to sort it but it seemed to be an external internet issue out of their control. More than compensated us for the inconvenience.

The apartment was located in a great area. Perfect for our plans for the stay. Ideal for the two of us and very comfortable. Had all we needed for a perfect break. The outdoor space was a real bonus. Amazing. Was greated by balloons sweeties and wine on arrival as we were celebrating my 70th birthday Such a lovely unexpected surprise. Throughout our experience the team were friendly helpful and pleasant... Great experience.

The bed was tiny the appt we got was not what we thought we were getting we asked to be moved and would have paid more if required it was ground floor with no views or sunshine I would not recommend pax 3 in this facility at all. We were told they were fully booked we also asked for a refund 🙄

We booked this apartment for 1 night and they screw it up for 100%! At first, they didn’t provided the information for check in at the agreed time. At the second, they told that the room was not ready and never told us when it was ready until I asked them about it in a few hours (around 5 pm). We couldn’t access the apartment because the provided code didn’t work. He had to wait on the street for about 40 minutes to only enter the apartment. After that we went for a walk and they made us wait on the night street again to only let us inside. It’s 01:30 am and we are finally in! Hope I’ll never come back!!!
