Excellent customer service and beautiful property! Everything was clean! I felt extremely safe in the hotel. The hotel was easy to locate and the aesthetic is amazing, I definitely recommend. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, apart from the weather wasn't so great, but that wasn't in anyone's control.

The reception staff were amazing. Elvira in particular was super helpful when I had an unpleasant situatation to report from my previous residence and drove me to the Police Station. I had wanted to find someone really quiet and remote to relax and this place was it. I would however recommend car hire as there really isn't anywhere within walking distance, but this location would be a great place if you want peace and quiet and can hire a car to explore the island.

This is not at all the fault of the hotel, however I wish I’d known that it would be difficult to get around without a car. Public transport is possible but is very infrequent in the rural area and takes much longer. Timanfaya is only reachable by car or taxi ( €20) or an hour’s cycle which I didn’t dare to attempt! However if you’re not looking to explore too much of the island and would be happy with seeing the local area, there are some amazing hikes available that don’t require a car.

The staff were exceptional. As a first time solo traveller I felt really cared for and made to feel at home. It was clear that they wanted me to have the best time possible. I was given recommendations of things to do and they gave me a helping hand in contacting places. I loved my apartment and using the jacuzzi in the evenings after a day of exploring. A perfect place to unwind!

Very friendly personnel . Super breakfast ( and leftovers can be taken for freeing the afternoon). We had a room with a private jacuzzi and pool + parking place and that was super cool. Nice clients.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Exceptional breakfast. It officially starts at 8 but coffee was available much earlier, which was a great bonus for the two early birds like us.

Lovely small hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the jacuzzi which was much appreciated after a long walk and the breakfast was just incredible - everything you could possibly want and an amazing view from the dining room. Beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Hotel is magic and wonderful. Apartment with sea view and sunset Breakfast was very good with homemade dishes and fresh orange juice 2 jacuzzis and 2 swimming pools in a quiet place All were perfect!

V Minor points: Slightly disappointed that the orange juice at breakfast was not freshly squeezed, more the concrentrate type. Bed only Queen size but we are small so it’s ok. One small bottle of water provided, would have preferred a big one or two.

This place was like staying in Cesar Manriqué’s second home! The pools, garden and chill terraces were gorgeous. Views across epic landscapes and leading to the open sea… a dream like quality. The room was as described … bed comfy and firm as I like. Easy onsite parking. The pleasant host who took time to show us everything and explain local restaurants. Breakfast varied and good quality. Loved the hanging chairs and hot tubs at night.

Amazing place! Big room, new furniture, great breakfast. The place is quiet. The pool is really nice and the jacuzzi is fantastic. You can use it also at night. I will book again here for sure!

We loved everything about this place! The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the jacuzzi was great for evenings after some long volcano hikes :). Chiara is really sweet and welcoming.
