It was not able to properly ventilate the room. The nights were cooler at the time of our stay, but the sleeping room remained still hot and warmed up from the day, even the room had its own ventilation system. Sometimes the nasty smell from the canalization got into the appartment through sink and toilet and we were not able to get rid of it.

The pool was in a superb condition: clear sea water, staff took care of it like every moment they went by. Room was cozy and clean, near to everything like a parking place, the kitchen etc. The staff at the bar was kind and helpful.

Not really anything “big” to do. We did have to drive to other areas on the island (fine with us) to get dinners, and activities. Not really a downer on our end.

We loved the easiness of being able to walk about 10 min to the beach. The location was not in a real big party town, but was perfect for what our family had wanted to do.

The biggest problem was water, collecting on the bathroom tiles, we always had a puddle there after shower. There is no air conditioner - it was too hot in July 😆🙈

Such a lovely place to switch off and relax. It is in a great location, in amongst gardens and right by gorgeous beach coves. Pool area was great. I was surprised how much nicer it was than pictures show. Nicola and staff were very friendly and went above to make sure I was looked after. Breakfast was simple but fine and fresh eggs and bacon can be made upon request. I loved my stay and would come again.

Shower was quite small which, given the size of the bathroom and pricing was to be expected, however the only partition stopping the water from flooding out was a curtain down which the water travelled to the floor anyway.

Beautiful room, incredible view, extremely friendly staff and good breakfast. The balcony was significantly more sizeable than expected based on the amount paid and the sheets and bathroom were all extremely clean as if new.

It looks and is better in real life then what google or booking shows, for solo low budget travelers its super cheap to stay here a mid week and interesting cause its not in the tourist area directly, the staff is super friendly and the owner is really a sweetheart with a passion for her job! She also speaks german/spanish/english fluent what was very nice! They also have some nice breakfast for vegans (fresh jam/fruits), the room was very clean and cozy, there is enough public traffic going to the city's and there is enough to do! 🫶🏻

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! I thought I'd be checking into a nice little hotel that is budget friendly, but it is so much more. The staff has created such a homely atmosphere, they are approachable and put effort into getting to know their guests and help them where they can. On my last day, my airport shuttle failed to pick me up and Nicola did not hesitate to come in early and organise an alternative transfer for me so I didn't miss my flight. Absolute superstar, can't recommend this place enough and I'll definitely be back!

The shower was really small and only had a shower curtain to try and contain the water. The pressure of the water pushed the curtain away from the shower tray at the bottom so that the floor flooded with water on every use. I had a constant puddle to walk through every time I wanted to use the bathroom. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms facing the parking area so you have to go to the restaurant area if you want to use it. If they installed a router to extend the distance of the wifi, this would not be a problem.

Free parking, nice breakfast, short drive to Son Moll.

Room smelled strange as we entered. Mini bar fridge was turned off and took 2 days to get cold. Old furniture and hard mattress. The noisy ceiling fan doesn't compensate the lack of air conditioning as temperatures get above 30°.

Nice area, walking distance from a small beatiful beach. Good swimming pool.

Only negative was the temperature of the room, but I knew when booking there would be no air-con in the room so that's no fault of FLP :) I also requested a mini fridge but I think the room was too small to accommodate so that's no problem either. It was perfectly doable to go get cheap cold water from the market just down the road.

The hotel rooms were a bit outdated with a decorative style of the 80’s or 90’s. The shower was too small and had no doors so the floor of the bathroom got completely wet. If you have a short hair, the shower is good enough; if you have long hair, it will be a mess! In any case, you will survive though!

The German owner and Spanish workers were all very nice and helpful with tips for restaurants and visits. The hotel is very nice; very nice and personal treatment; we felt like at home :) The garden and swimmingpool area are wonderful and very comfortable.

To be fair, there wasn't anything I didn't like. You pay for what you get, and this place exceeds its rating. If I had to nit pick .... I'd like more floor towels for the shower to be in the rooms as standard.

This was my first solo holiday, which was booked at the last minute. Thankfully, I chose well with this family run 2-star hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a friendly, helpful, and quiet property. The price very much matches, if not exceeds, its 2 star rating! What did I like? * Clean rooms * comfy bed ... mine was a newish mattress and fairly firm. * My view from Room 218, whilst sitting on my balcony, was beautiful. * The owner, Nicola, the bartender, Christian, and all the other staff, were so friendly and helpful. * The pool is wonderful. Just the right temperature and oh so clean! * The WiFi from my room was excellent. * The location is quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. * The price for this hotel is such good value. I was in a double (twin) room with panoramic views. * car park at the rear of the hotel .... if you're renting a car, this is worth knowing. Walk to the town centre, and parking is a nightmare. * The breakfast was fresh, and if you fancy scrambled eggs and bacon, just ask! * They provide free Parasols for the beach. * Overall, for a 2 star hotel, it is excellent value.

A few things were not ideal - the single beds in my room were incredibly creaky and not the most comfortable . With every single movement it was noisy, causing both me and my partner to wake up throughout the night. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor on our last night. My towel was also stained with something and just really old.

The breakfast is good, it’s German cuisine and nutritious.
