Party at roof top hotelbar every night with young people from outside the hotel, create a lot of noise in our hotel room. Cleaning was so, so.

Service very inconsistent - in bar, reception and breakfast restaurant. A few good, many seemed disinterested and not managed No drawers in room - only hanging storage Water in room not replaced daily - had to ask every day Gift not in room - but letter saying it was! Locked out before arranged checkout time — and told that happens every time! Not told about needing to book flamenco - then told priority given to external guests as they had paid! No daytime drinks or snacks by pool Mimosas at breakfast not offered/available - had to be asked for - only provided 2 of 3 days

Only thing is I think that a shower over a bath (particularly a narrow bath) is a bit old fashioned. A walk in shower would have much better.

The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the main sites of Seville. All the staff in the breakfast area, dining, reception and cleaning were all great and made our stay extra special.

We liked most of what the hotel can offer. The pool was however pretty small and it is not for swimming but for hanging around it. Some bits in the room need attention but nothing major.

The location was perfect for what we wanted, central Seville in the old district. Walking distance from everything. The staff were really very helpful.

Room could be very loud, as we could hear the rooftop bar quite clearly. Staff were friendly but did not seem like they wanted to be there -- consequence of this being a chain hotel.

Breakfast was great, building was beautiful, room was large, and bed was super comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location right by the city centre with a lovely roof top bar, very clean rooms/communal areas and beautiful decor with its plant covered Atrium and ancient brickwork under glass in the breakfast area..The Staff however were absolutely exceptional - from the breakfast team, reception to the bar staff. I know it’s their job but we were really made to feel at home at Los Seises. A special mention to David & Paula at reception who went out of their way to help us get to Cadiz on a day trip. Thankyou very much to all at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small downside was it was a tad noisy - you could hear neighbours showering and doors slamming in hallways. But that was it, nothing else to moan about at all.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the main sights. A quieter part of town, but just off the main thoroughfare. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. The room was great. Breakfast and dinner superb.
