We loved everything - the location close to the beach and restaurants, views of the sea from several rooms, the cleanliness but especially the friendly hospitable welcome and service.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment, washing machine and dishwasher, cosy bedrooms and amazing location right on the beach. Close to restaurants, bars and a shopping centre. Very well connected with the centre and south of the island. Fabiola was very helpful and kind to our group, thank you so much!

Noise isolation can be better. But the place is very quiet and we did not get any inconvenience.

Very good location, very quite, and central (sic!), good connection to bus, taxi and shopping malls. Beach just 1 min from the apartment, surfing schools and other activities nearby. Small restaurants, supermarkets are very close also. The apartments were new, clean, large and very comfortable. Good and well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were new, good and clean. We were enjoying our stay there.

Little storage opportunities and hangers in the bath room. Small clothes rack. Bigger clothes rack would be beneficial.

- In one of the showers water would leak onto the bathroom floor because the door wouldn't shut properly

Very comfortable and clean apartment with a great view right on the beach. Perfect for families, there is an elevator in the building and the host was very kind and helpful.

It is situated at the surfing end of the beach, I would have preferred to be further to the middle for swimming, better restaurants further along too. However we eventually found our way around and the town was quite close. Leaflets and street map would have been useful. Not serviced, so no change is bedding in 10 days. Plenty of towels there though

Loved the fact that we could watch the surfers from the appt window (no balcony) Loved the layout of the appt. And the well equipped kitchen, everything spotless. Staff helpful. Huge supermarket 10/15 mins walk.

It is not about the hotel, just keep in mind if you plan to rent a car :) If you park on the street Mon-Fri 9:00 - 20:00. It costs 1 euro/per hour. Not sure about night times, but it is free on the weekends. We took a car for the weekends. There are also underground parkings nearby. They also take payment per hour, and maximum 19 euro per day.

The place is very nice. The booking description is very accurate. The taxi from the airport was 35 euro. The apartment is new, spacious and has everything we needed. It is 1 minute from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants around. A big shopping mall in 10 min walking. It was not noisy in the apartment, just a sound of the ocean. There is a playground which our children enjoyed. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Nothing at all

The apartment was superbly equipped. All basic requirements in the kitchen, lots of towels etc. Immaculately clean. Location very good as just a few steps from the beach and close to supermarket and shopping centre. YouTube useful on TV for non-Spanish speakers! Staff extremely helpful & friendly.

Proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants. The apartments are like brand new, finished to high standards. Very very comfortable beds, plenty of cupboard space. well equipped kitchen. Fabiola was kind and came in on her day off, just to open for us and guided us to our apartment and advised us when we needed help. Great vibe in the office. really old school, family fun run business. very nice experience. will definitely return.

Excellent location, literally 30 seconds from the beach. Shops, restaurants, sport all within minutes walk. new apartment, very well equipped with everything you need, very good WIFI, I worked from there without any problem.
