Great for airport. Very reasonable, perfectly clean & comfortable plus friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay again as an overnight or even 2 .

Check-in went well. Staff was nice. We booked the room very last minute as the hotel we had booked for that night did not meet our expectations. This hotel was just like in the photos on the booking site. The room was clean, relatively new. This room also had a balcony with a side view of the beach. The hotel was only few minutes walk to the beach. They offered a 10 percent discount to one of the nearby restaurants. The breakfast was included and it was good.

the staff did not speak good English and it was generally difficult to communicate with them. on the day of my departure the person at the reception forgot to wake up and did prepare the breakfast for me and one other lady, he also seemed very displeased that we woke him up

The room is cleaned every day, good buffet breakfast. They have pay at property option, pool is available, and S'Arenal beach is few steps away it is a unbelievably clean and nice beach.

Perfect hotel for a simple 7-day vacation. Just one block away from the main street & beach. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Trust me, I scoured every single hotel alongside the beach under 1300€. This one was literally the best value. Food, rooms, service, location every box ticked and for much less than the hotels I found.

No fridge in the room, this may be a problem when is very hot outside. A lot of nois from outside, from the others hotels, but we could sleep with the door closed în the night, because wasnt so hot and we could rest.

Room interior is a bit outdated- sheets with holes, furniture worn out. No table and no fridge in the room. To get to the beach you need to pass some shady abandoned buildings- not the best vibe on your way .

Clean ,spacious room, friendly helpful staff, very nice breakfast. Almost by the beach. Nice swimming pool, but water was quite cold.

Staff is really good! So positive and so helpfull. They even the have a room for suitcases. so we could leave our bags until we left for the airport.

Not enough sun loungers. The shower gel provided was poor quality this needs to be improved big time.

Was clean and convenient to the beach. Had sparkling and still water on pump.

The bathroom door is hard to open and it caused huge noise to open it. We ended up not fully closed the door when in use. The toilet downstairs could really make some effort to make it cleaner. Too many flies there which is a shame as 99% time when we stayed in the hotel is extremely clean. Soap is not replaced after clean the room. We had to ask the reception for the soap. As this is near the beach so it is predictable that’s the guests will need to use the soap to wash the swimming suits..etc.

-Location: very close to the beach like 2 mins walk -Breakfast : excellent varieties -Staff: both day and night staff are friendly -You can use bathroom or shower downstairs after checking out. -You can refill water in the restaurant anytime and don’t need to buy the water - After checking out,The locker room on the 1st floor has huge space with chairs and sofa to pack your luggage if needed.

There was a dog barking relentlessly nearby. I believe it had been left alone all afternoon and evening each night. Not the hotels fault, but perhaps the owner should be informed, or reported for neglect.

Friendly staff, great location, although area was very German. Good breakfast times and availability.

On booking it was presented like "room with seaview", because of 2. floor, there weren´t seaview. All things were great.
