Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing food in the bar restaurant, not just bar snacks and didn’t have to reserve. Staff were extremely welcoming and engaged with our kids too. Very clean facilities. Easy walking to see the sights in Granada City with plentiful shops and restaurants.

Czech RepublicThe bed. Traditional Spanish size of bed = small. Fun fact: size of bed for me and my wife was basically the same size as pull-out couch for our son :) Breakfast. Score 2 out of 10. Fun fact: most people remember two things in hotel, and that is bed and breakfast. Both are fail here. But, maybe can be fixed for future guests. The shallowness of "we are saving the planet with soap dispensers" vs. "tons of products for breakfast in tiny single use packages" like 9gram (is that even a teaspoon?) ketchup and so on. If you really care, change the breakfast sortiment as well. Oh, almost forgot - TV Luna chanell was not working, but I played a detective in front of kid and found out from reception prices of soda in minibar! Yay me! But next time, simple QR code somewhere on desk leading to hotel infopage for guests will do ;)
Very good parking on site. The staff, given the size of the hotel, they are working hard and deserve recognition for the extra they give to guests. With one exception - person who makes eggs for breakfast (if those are real eggs, which I doubt, more like one of these powdered semi chemical food). Those are horrible. And kitchen chef who is responsible for what goes out of kitchen, shame on you :) Seriously, make something with it. How you can get better score when you cannot make scrabled eggs? And altough I've asked for higher floor, we got lowest and view was bad. Fortunately we had program all day out of hotel.

United KingdomThe pool was sadly tiny and always really crowded (I guess that's because we were there during the heat wave), so we didn't get to use it. Our room was also not cleaned even though we didn't have the 'do not disturb' sign on, but we didn't mind too much because that only happened once and we were going to check out the next morning. Location is decent (quiet area) but about a 20-30min walk to the city centre, so just keep that in mind if you don't want to walk too much!
The room was very cosy, beds were clean and comfortable (love that they use duvets instead of the usual sheets). Bathroom was also very clean with great warm water and water pressure. Great value for money! We also enjoyed the rooftop tanning beds and the fact that the hotel has many options for indoor activities (spa, gym, pool) for extremely hot days. The staff is also very helpful and helped us book cabs (which arrived really quickly) on a couple of occasions.

SpainThe pools were small and both were crowded in the afternoons with noisy children. Perhaps make one adults only? I was surprised not to have robes provided in the room.
Well appointed rooms with an excellent comfortable bed. Very friendly and attentive staff: the airline delivered our lost case and hotel staff called to let us know while we were out, then checked again the next day that we had got it and were happy. Great breakfast in spacious restaurant and a delicious bar snacks menu. The masseuses in the Spa really knew their stuff and administered a robust sports massage!

SpainNothing really but one small aspect - signage for access to car park could be more prominent for hotel residents to make arrival easier.
Lovely bright decor and great cool atmosphere - especially when stepping in out of the very hot sunshine. Aircon in room was also excellent. Staff were very welcoming and facilities good. We really enjoyed cooling dips in the pool. Due to extreme heat, the ‘indoor’ one had the roof retracted so that and the outdoor pool enabled plenty of space for a quiet swim 😊 Good variety available for breakfast.

United KingdomIt's in a residential area 45min walk to old town but taxi was reasonably priced and took about 15mins. The pool area was just ok, it's open to the public as well as hotel guests and no shower at pool it was also quite difficult to get to through the hotel. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them.
Very convenient just off the moterway with good underground parking. The bar area was nice. Staff friendly and arranged a taxi for us to the La Alhambra.

FranceThe food in the buffet was terrible. The selection was poor and nothing was labeled to tell you what it was. We went in there only 30 minutes after it opened and the food was cold we complained to the restaurant manager who dealt with our complaint very well, but the chefs behind the cooking area were very unhelpful one of them even went to the kitchen and brought in a jug of hot sauce and poured it over the meat which is not acceptable or hygienic. We never ate there again and would not recommend it . The food should not be left to stew in trays which were not hot enough it is dangerous. Very poor selection . The cooking show is there to cook fresh for the clients when required and not to save the chefs time.
The room and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The gastro bar was very good and very good staff.

AustraliaThe hot food at breakfast was mostly just warm. I did appreciate the cook to order omelette , which enabled me to have hot breakfast. We would have appreciated having a kettle with cups so we could easily make a tea or coffee in our room.
We enjoyed the range of amenities and services at the hotel. The pool was relaxing, the room was comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job. We had a spa treatment and that was up to the standard we expected. Whilst not exceptional, the breakfast was serviceable and was convenient and suited our needs.
