Breakfast was good. Same food everyday but plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

One night stay only to watch the 312 Bike Race. Perfect location set back from the main road with just a 5 min walk to start/finish line. Early Breakfast available for riders. Balcony looks over the lake, lovely views

Breakfast till 8 AM is bit late for cyclists, could be til 7 AM, also some tools and proper inflation device in bike room would be nice.

At first glance, the room was clean, but later I saw details that should be clean, for example mirrors, the glass door of the bathroom, the windows... On the other hand, the cleaners came by every day and cleaned the bathroom, changed the towels and threw out the trash.

There are a lot of aged guests from Germany, but that's good, it's very quiet in the hotel :)

Very clean in the hotel, attentive staff, incredibly delicious food. Distance to the ⛱️ around 600m , many shops around , near bus stop to the airport.

It is quite a walk to platja de muro (15min), bus stop. Noisy neighboring, next door complex was really loud from 8pm till 11pm because of their entertainment schedule. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Toilette lid still had pee marks on it... The pool is smaller than advertised in the photos. Food was pretty much the same each day. Wish we had a shorter stopover here. Considering the high rating (8.6), I expected more.

The staff was kind and helpfull, hard working people. Bed was comfortable. Food was tasty, but cooked in too much oil. Also a bigger variety would not hurt. Nice view of the lake.from the terrace.

Facilities could be updated such as the pool area and actual hotel could do with a paint - if this was done the hotel would certainly be more like a 4 star hotel !

The dining room is a bit noisy, especially when guests are loud. When your balcony is at the front, the hotel nextdoor is very loud (swimming pool with children during the day and loud entertainment at night) but if you close the door of the terrace, it is doable.

The huge variety of very good food, the swimming pool is perfect, the location is close to the beach, the fun activities, the friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Just ask if you need something and they will give it to you.

The swimming pool and facilities, although I would say that those who chose this hotel are not looking for these facilities.

Great value for money. It is a 3 start hotel with the conditions of such, but with a very good location, parking is very easy at the area and plaja de muro is at a walking distance. I would definitly suggest this hotel and would come again!

The only downside at this hotel was the curtains that are not completely blackout. If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep until late it might be a problem.

not comfortable mattress, smoking area far from bar - or is necessary go up front of hotel, far away from beach, but beach beutiful and also a lot of but really a lot of moscitos.

food was really great. every day something else for lunch and dinner. Bar - for all inclusive it was really all inclusive. we were very happy.

When I came to ask for some toiletries, the receptionist didn't look very happy.

Food was amazing, very good choice of different food, fruits, ice cream. Also the staff members in the restaurant and bar were excellent. The hotel was in quite location, I felt very safe in that area.
