Pillow too low, the bed is 80 centimetres wide (I knew it. It´s on the booking) and the floor and the area under the washbasin could be cleaner in room. You are asked to leave your room key at frontdesk when you are outside, however the staff doesn´t check your identity when collecting it, which I find it very unsafe.

Centric location, a small washbasin in room and although it was a shared bathroom and the hostel was full, I found nobody using the toilet next to my room. It was all the time unoccupied and very clean.

The room was too hot for my liking with radiator on and couldn't turn it off so had to open the window all night. But at least it was decent heating! No proper desk to work at (only small narrow shelf under TV) but I was only there for one night and didn't have to spend much time in room working. No complaints really. Those are the only things could be improved.

Location perfect, great value for money, good service, very friendly reception/staff, 24/7 presence reception. Comfortable bed, decent-sized bathroom. Good size TV.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. On our last day, they even held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could enjoy the city without being weighed down. Our room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. Although we opted for a room with a shared bathroom, we never experienced any issues with it being occupied when we needed to use it. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

For the money I paid I would not have expected anything more. However the bed was not especially comfortable.

Basic but well kept guesthouse and room. Wonderful location in Barcelona’s medieval old town, short walk from the beach, Las Ramblas Market, Placa del Catalunya and many Metro Stations, bars and restaurants. Outstanding value for money, will stay again.

The only down bit regarding the bedrooms were the pillows, a bit hard and flat for us, and hearing everything from the reception / tv space. But with ear plugs on that was not an issue for us during our stay, but earplugs might be a good thing to offer to clients to make sure they do no get inconvenience from this :)

Great stay, spacious comfy rooms and clean facilities, lovely staff. Great location, definitely would recommend it to others! The lockers were a great bonus.

For the rooms with shared toilet I think 1 bathroom is not enough, or at least there should be one for men and one for women as in hostels. There should be something to dry the floor after the shower otherwise it gets too slippery.

Perfect central position in the Barrio Gotico. It’s great that the reception is open 24h. The staff was very nice. Rooms are quite comfortable.

Because of the very central location this means it can be quite noisy especially over the weekend (Friday and Saturday nights), but I guess that's the price to pay for being so central. I would recommend bringing ear plugs for light sleepers.

The hostel location is very central making it easy to be in the centre of the action, ideal for a urban explorer on a short stay in town.

Corridor was noisy at reception level all through night as people rang bell or came in. If they were able to install an extra door between reception and corridor it would help so much. Staff were pragmatic and not into pleasantries.

For this price it's a great hotel. Room is clean enough (something may be not clean/mirror glass with broken parts but its not important for this price) and has good bathroom. Bed is also good. For this price this place is super and I'd recomment for people travelling with low budget. Surroundings - also great! + This place is really atmospheric.
