The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The location was fantastic. Easy to get to tourist attractions either by foot or metro. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby.

One of the rooms has a queen bed and the other room has a full bed. The description says that they are both Queen beds, but they are not. It would've been helpful to have extra cleaning supplies like paper towels. There is some wear and tear around the house, broken tiles, the wood floor delaminating in places, also we were unable to get the washer and dryer to turn on to dry.

The location was great, the apartment was big. The kitchen was great. We loved staying at this large property and the view/room looking out is really nice.

It is big problem with smart key open by app on phone , we are try to connected with host , and they are really helpful. But smart key is not work for us any day . We couldn’t open main door with smart key , have to wait someone from the building get in or get out ,then we can get in building . It very complicated. Only that is problem for us . But the apartment is great . Thank you

It was not really a problem for me, but be aware that once you book they will ask for a deposit of €300 to cover any damages. It is a charge, not a hold.

-the couce in the living room was quite uncomfortable - It will be a great ides to have the possibility to leave the luggage somewhere near or in the appartement house after check out to pick up it later (e.g. if the flight is in the evening or night)

Apartment was clean. Good location. Easy walk to numerous sites. Security app worked fine but we disliked not having a key that would open the apartment door. Had a key for the exterior door but not the apartment. My phone battery was running low and we had to go back to be sure we could get in. Get a key! Fix the shower head mount. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We really couldn't fault the apartment.

As a party of 4, we were very happy with the apartment - everything was clean and in very good condition, and communications were very helpful. The location is great because it's off a main street, so it's quiet, while still being very easy to access public transport and all the key sites. We loved being just around the corner from the Arc de Triomf and the adjoining parkland which was always full of activities. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Barcelona.

The access key was thru a mobile app and if more than 1 person needs access to the apartment they will need to provide their emails to receive app access code to download the app on their mobile phone. Street noise can be a bother if you are a light sleepers staying in the bedroom facing the street. They could have provided extra toilet paper, soap/body gel/etc. knowing there is a group of 6 staying for 7 days. There was only 1 set of tiny bottle of shower gel/soap/conditioner for each of the 2 bathrooms.

Location was great, apartment had fully functional kitchen. There was enough closet space in each bedroom. Small safe was available in one of the bedrooms. A/C was central and cools off fast but some of the comforters were too hot for summer weather, wish there were sheets or thin blanket for those who don't use comforters in the summer. There is an elevator, which was great advantage when carrying multiple suitcases.

The second bedroom is small. For a family of 4 the sleeping setup is okay for several days, but perhaps not for a week (one of the kids slept in the living room on the sleeper sofa, the other one in a very small bedroom with no great ventilation)

we had 5 people and I booked it for 5 people. it did not fit 5 people comfortably. there was 1 queen bed (fits 2 people) and 1 twin size bed (1 person). there was a couch, but it didn’t turn into a bed. we had to squeeze, but made it work. wouldn’t recommend coming with more than 3 people.

Alibei 1 have the best years behind him, the floor in the apartment needs to be replaced, household appliances in the kitchen are also old, but they worked flawlessly. Definitely pictures of the apartment have been taken a long time ago by professionals, cause it’s did not match a pictures when you enter.

When we entered the apartment was clean, smelling fresh linen and a large number of towels is a plus. Great view from the window and lolization, for 7 days in the apartment we paid 1366 euros (booking via Booking.com) I think it's a good price in relation to the quality. I recommend especially to families with children.

The app to unlock the doors used Bluetooth, but the front door needed to be used with cell service turned on, which we only used airplane mode on our phones while traveling abroad. We needed to call the office multiple times to resolve the issue, which they graciously provided a set of keys to use midway through the stay.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to some fanstastic food and sites, and then a short metro ride to everything else. The interior of the apartment suited our family of four to perfection.

The Sofa in the living room was uncomfortable 🙃, could be better. Didn't find the Mop and stuff till 2 nights before we left. It was in the hot water boiler compartment in the kitchen next to the fridge. Didn't look in there all the while..anyway, all ended well.

It was close to some tourist destinations, supermarkets, Metro, Bus stops. The staff who gave us the keys was nice. He practically sought us out of the crowd as we were trying to locate the premises. Thank you once again!

One issue was that there was scaffolding on the building which we were not told about. Whilst this was fine in itself, it did mean that on the first morning there was some building work going on which woke us up. Had we known we would have brought earplugs or put the heavier sleepers in the front room. Considering it is a property with its own cooking facilities, we thought that the hosts could have provided more in the way of cooking oil and seasoning. For a 4 day stay in a foreign country, buying one’s own litre bottle of olive oil which eventually just gets thrown away doesn’t make much monetary or environmental sense. It would have been better if there were those things in place to behind with. Also, for an apartment that sleeps 6 people the hot water runs out after 2 very quick showers. We weren’t told how to amend this issue, though I expect there would have been an easy solution, so we were having cold showers for the most part of the weekend. Having tried to contact the agent who let us in, we then contacted the offices by email as it was out of office hours, and they took a while to respond and just told us to call them when they were open. By the time I would have managed to make contact it was our last day.

The location was absolutely ideal, situated very close to two metro stations and within reasonable walking distance of a lot of great places to visit. The apartment was warm and the beds extremely comfortable. The cooking facilities were also great with plenty of good quality equipment for us to make our own dinner.

There are three apartments advertised actually so there is a great chance you will not get the one from the pictures. Had a stay of 5 nights and no one came to clean or change towels in between. Kitchen could be better equipped (with basic salt and pepper at least).
