would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. I know there is fabulous coffee in reception but no one wants to be going down 4 flights in their nightie! You can also hear people in other rooms. soundproofing not good.

The only thing was the noisy corridor because of lack of insulation.. also not enough space for the luggage. But really small things that didn‘t disturb..

Nice spot in a nice quarter of the city! Really kind hotel-Staff! Helped us every day with a smile! Definetely a good choice for Barcelona. City cebter about 20 Minutes walk but in perfect roads! Busstop in front of the hotel ease the way!! Not at all loud since our room was looking at the cute garden. Thank you very much!!

Wonderful location in Gràcia. Shops out front and ‘real’ squares, bars, cafes a few streets behind. Totally helpful staff. Pleasant modern rooms. We had a room with a tiny balcony overlooking a quiet interior courtyard.

There was insurgent toilet paper in fact there was no toilet paper and this was incredibly disappointing and the bed is incredibly low to the ground. The bed is comfortable, but it’s very low to the ground.

Clean and lots of good amenities liked the simple access and check in. Thoughtful to provide hot drinks facilities and even a beer in the fridge! Blackout curtains and really nice quality shower products.

- Over priced. - The facility is extremely basic, no desk/table in the room, no room house keeping during the stay, and uncomfy beds. - Furniture is cheap Ikea grade stuff. - There is no sound proofing meaning you get woken up all the time. - Had the feel of a hostel. - Generator hostel just round the corner has better facilities and similar rooms and £100/ night cheaper. - There are safety issues with the hotel. You don’t meet a member of staff at all during your stay as everything is done online. There are no staff onsite at all, ever. This means that if for example, someone brings someone dodgy back to the hotel, staff won’t be there to notice. It’s very easy to tailgate into the property as the outside door is on a main street, and opens and shuts automatically when you enter the pin. Rooms operate a pin service and don’t have an additional lock. The place is a safety/security hazard waiting to happen. If they want to operate without staff, they need much better safety measures, such as a double door system on r entry, and a two lock on the rooms. - I don’t think it’s safe for lone women travellers, and not suitable for long stays. - In the event you need to contact a member of staff, you’ll first have to mess around with their useless chat bot AI, which isn’t ok for the price of the rooms. - If you’re happy with hostel style accommodation, you can find it way cheaper than this!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We loved the modern concept and design - all automated, easily accessible and it was great having a workspace in the hotel. The kettle and coffee machine were great add-ons, as well as luggage lockers. Fantastic location in Gràcia!

If you want to choose this hotel, then please be prepared for no service after check-in, first of all, the hotel has no daily cleaning and daily replenishment of drinking water services, you will not see a living person in the entire hotel, so do not expect anyone to help you if you encounter any problems. I had no hot water on the first night when I arrived at the hotel, because it was already very late and I had to take a cold shower. When I contacted the hotel the next day, the hotel said that everything was normal and only I complained about it. However, the same thing happened again on the sixth night, I went back to the hotel at 6:30 pm and waited for an hour without hot water. I contacted the hotel at 7 pm, but they told me could only send someone to repair at 10 o 'clock at the soonest, so I couldn't take a shower and had to wait on the bed. After the repairman arrived at 9:30 under my constant urging, he said that there was no hot water for all the guests in the middle part of the hotel, which was unreasonable. Besides, I didn't get hot water until 11:30, so I was forced to take a cold shower again. This is a nightmare!! The next day, the hotel unapologetically told me that it had been repaired and hot water was available at midnight, so did anyone inform me? You expect guests to stay up until midnight? And when I contacted the hotel twice, they always said that I was the only one complaining, but the fact is that I am not the only one who has no hot water twice in 7 days, what they said is a huge lie, they have no dignity at all.
