Very small room, no counter space at all in the bathroom. We could hang up toiletry bags with hooks we brought, but the cup holding our toothbrushes on the edge of the sink toppled onto the floor, yecch. Supplied toiletries: wafer-thin non-sudsing soap bar and plastic envelopes of shampoo/bath gel smelled like dish detergent, each use creating plastic waste. The room's thermostat was not adjustable. The room was uncomfortably warm, though the weather wasn't (mid-teens to low 20s), so it was necessary to keep the one window open; given the room's location/hotel layout, this impacted both privacy & noise from the hallway and nearby guest rooms. None of this was terrible, but for the price I definitely expected better.

Excellent location, comfortable bed/bedding, daily housekeeping was welcome: cheerful and efficient. One young man on the front desk was helpful, informative and polite. He stood out from the others. Room was worn but clean. Good shower (water pressure and hot water).

Unfortunately the heater makes a lot of noise, it's impossible to let it on without wearing ear plugs so is the bad acoustic of the hotel, unfortunately I could listen to lots of noise made by other guests and another negative point there's no fridge in the room which is bad for me.

The hotel is very simple, but well located surrounded by the main attractions of Zaragoza only 28 min away of the bus station but very easy to come and go. Shower is strong and warm, the two beds were clean and comfortable and the pillows weren't so soft.

Balcony not worth extra$. Heating did not work. The nighttime reception staffer did not help or know how to help during nighttime hours.

The parking instructions for dropping off luggage should be automatically emailed to guests- it was a nightmare trying to locate it at night with tramlines and unfamiliar surroundings. Google maps was not our friend!!!!!

The room was large and the window open onto a secure internal courtyard, so we could leave the window open. we only experienced a small amount of noise. We had only booked one night and decided to stay an additional night and the staff were super helpful and even managed to keep us in the same room. The location is brilliant. The free street parking over the bridge (left side) worked well for us and the car was safe and sound.

- the walls are thin and if there is noise, you can hear it in the room, but for us it was not a problem, as there was not any noise. - the tram is passing just in front of the hotel, but as we were on the 5th floor, the noise from the tram did not disturb us; - the quality of the towels is fine (I mention this, as I’ve red the reviews about them);

+ the location is top; + we had a normal size room on the 5th floor with very small balcony and nice view; + the staff was nice and helpful; + the room was clean;

Parking is available close by, but with difficult access. Our gps brought us to the hotel, but we could not stop there due to it being directly on a tram route. Thereafter we had some trouble in finding the hotel in the maze of back streets behind the hotel. Eventually we parked and walked. The receptionist then explained the car park location/access system/parking slot/hotel access. Quite complicated!

Like so many city centre hotels, especially in Spain they can be noisy. With no carpeting, just tiled floors you can hear everything.
