Spacious appartment with two bedrooms and kitchen with fridge. Nice swimming pool with bar where you could order drinks and nice dishes for lunch. Great view from the mountain on playa amadores. Covenient to park the rental car at the parking lot of the hotel

A little tired but all functional.

Absolutely everything. The apartment was well equipped and a great size and very clean we also had the jacuzzi on the balcony which was amazing after a day sunbathing .Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the food at the pool bar reasonably priced and tasty the pool area was immaculate. There is a small shop by reception which is well stocked and convenient. You are about 10/15 minute walk to the Europa Centre up the top and about the same to Amadores beach. We will definitely be back 😊

The walk up the hill as soon as you step out of the complex.. only lasts approx 3-5 mins, but its flat again after that..

The apartment was fantastic.. massive sun terrace and jacuzzi. Immaculately clean and views were breathtaking with unbroken sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Receptionists all speak very good English. There's a small onsite shop which sells all the essentials and is supermarket prices. The Europa centre is only 10min walk (first 3mins up hill) and there's dozens of bars and restaurants there. Or keep walking and follow the road downhill to main Puerto Rico centre where there's even more bars and restaurants. But you will definitely need a taxi back which is €7. You can also walk down to Amadores Beach and there's a courtesy bus back. (But I heard the sunbeds are ridiculously expensive). Or walk to Puerto Harbour and get a water taxi to Puerto Mogan. This is a must.. its a gorgeous little fishing village. And will fill an afternoon browsing.. Will definitely return to this complex.. 10/10

All was perfect.

Staff nice. The location is very good and the rental car is a help. All the time full of parking spaces. The pool bar has very nice staff and food. The reception staff are nice and helpful. The view from the room is amazing

The only disadvantage of the location was the steep access. The poolside restaurant could offer a better menu.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean with a large balcony with fantastic views. The advantages of being in the mountains is the peace and quiet and of course the views. The pool was exceptionally clean with the perfect temperature. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We will definately return.

Top of a steep hill unless very fit a car is advisable

Very clean. Everything was spotless. Cleaners came in almost every day. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing up liquid clothes and dishwasher tablets all provided. Big balcony with lounges. Parking was great Comfy lounge and English TV

Nothing we thought it was perfect for us.

We only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights before we moved to another hotel. It was amazing. Everything was just perfect. Location was good to walk to the Europa centre. Lovely and clean. The balcony was perfect in the sunshine and the balcony furniture was great. Staff very pleasant. Pool and poolside bar clean and food great and the happy hour a great bonus. We will be back.

The biggest downside was a jacuzzi. We paid a bigger price for 1 room with a jacuzzi but were not able to use it - we got into it one evening and our bodies had blue stains all over it. It looks like it was painted on the top of original paint and is now dissolving. We also got stuck in the elevator and the hotel staff were not able to get us out however we were lucky to receive help from maintenance services pretty soon (30mins).

The location was very convenient (shortened path to the beach, everything in walking distance), free parking, big and comfortable rooms, amazing pool area and pool bar. There was also a little store in a hotel to buy groceries.

The hotel rooms had a jacuzzi, however ours wasn't cleaned well. We requested that the Jacuzzi be cleaned twice, and although it appeared that the water had been changed but not cleaned, we were unable to use the Jacuzzi as a result.

Overall very good experience, hotel was very clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Kitchen has everything you may need for self catering - we opted eating out but looks like everything you may need is there

Loved this hotel. Receptionist welcoming and helpful. Cleaners did a wonderful job with a smile. The pool restaurant staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble and always with a smile. Food delicious and very well priced. Apartment was fabulous - 2 large bedrooms with lots of storage. Well equipped kitchen, dining table, and large comfy sofa. Free safe. Huge balcony with table and chairs, 4 sun loungers and a hot tub - unfortunately hot tub wasn't great needs replaced but didn't spoil the holiday.
