The bathroom is really tiny, an adult person has a lot of difficulty using the bathroom and taking a shower.

The location is very good and has a view of the sea.

The dinner was disappointing. They didn't have many choices and because I don't like fish it was even harder to pick, not to mention that they weren't too delicious either. Except for the cakes, they were nice.

I have been in a single room which wasn't too big but it is nice and comfortable for one person. The staff were really nice and the room was always clean. The breakfast was good.

Probably because of a lot of people in the hotel, wifi connection is unfortunately quite poor. If you planned to work in the day, and enjoy the beach afterwards, this probably won't work

No fridge or kettle etc in the room. Tea and coffee self help only available at breakfast. Food not always hot.

The shower curtain is not placed conveniently, the water always drips out on the floor and you cannot open the curtain all the way because it is blocked. The room is really dark and you can't leave the curtains open because other rooms look directly on the bed.

The water pressure is excellent. The room was really clean and the location is excellent.

Smell of urine in bathroom although looked clean perhaps cloths used for cleaning needed cleaning!! Room a bit cramped, would prefer less crowded place.

Amazingly quiet for a hotel so centrally placed. Room was bit cramped, but beds very comfortable, and superb breakfasts!

The a/C leaks water, and if you let it on for a couple of hours it starts to smell really bad. The bathroom does not have a drain, so the whole room looked like Venice every day when I took a shower. The last day, the cleaning service did not let towels for me, which I found out seconds after I took my morning shower. That was not fun at all.

The location was amazing. Also, people from the reception were kind and helpful, even though the hotel itself does not have a reception (you have to go to js canpicafort in front of js horitzo). The cleaning service was not bad.

- old furniture - old bathrooms with a curtain for the shower - very small balconies and very small rooms - pool is shared with 3 other hotels - breakfast can be better quality food - expensive for what they offer - no parking - quite noisy

- location on the beach - very nice and friendly staff - breakfast with sea view - rooms are cleaned every day - towels are changed as many times as you require - air conditioning was excellent and you can leave it on for the day - all rooms have a line to dry your towels/swimming suits

After taking a shower, the bathroom and hotel room were flooded, because the shower curtain was too short. It took 2 out of the 4 days to fix this. They should not sell their tiny rooms to 3 persons. It its allready small with 2 beds. Rooms are very noisy. You can hear everything around you. Breakfast staff are stressed and are projecting this unto their customers.

Location is next to the beach and small town where all the shops and restaurants are.

The squiky lift

Arrived late at night extremely hungry. They offered us food at midnight and were super helpful. Staff was exceptional; especially Andre.

Old run down hotel and not sure how this hotel got 3 stars.... On booking.com it showed "This comfortable, air-conditioned room comes with a balcony"... Well it came with a balcony the rest was a lie as the room was not comfortable and air-condition not working well...

Beachfront, and the food was the only thing that saved this vacation from being the worst ever experienced!

no air conditioning, had to go across to the other hotel for breakfast, the room was very small, the balcony was tired and tatty looking, and the lift broke, guests aren’t informed of any entertainment going on in the other hotel

The room we got for two people seemed more like a single room with two beds, it felt cramped and the room was suffocated due to the fact, that the air conditioner started running only after the electricity card was inserted (which was haned out at the check-in). There was no swimming pool on the premise, the reception and restaurant was accross the street with odd opening hours compared to other two hotels we stayed in Mallorca. Luckily we booked only one night here, otherwise it would be a disaster.

The beach was very near, and the food was good, and that's unfortunately prety much it...

The bathroom is really (and only) bad point of this hotel. No comfort in the bathroom. It was really small. There was no shower gel, no shampoo, only one small package of it. The hotel should consider about providing more constant solution

The meals were the best! All congratulations to the chef of the kitchen :)
