The key to the front door didn't work. We had to be buzzed in everytime, even asking forna new key. The driver suggesyed was double the cost of a uber. The walls were very thin. Bring earplugs

The location is clearly the best you can get in Madrid. It's literally a few steps away from Puerta del Sol.

The location! Everything was walking distance. Airport bus from/to the airport was 10mins walk away and Only 3 stops. Staff very helpful!! Suggested a lot of things to do and places to visit/eat and drinks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was very clean! The bed is firm could use a top mattres, but worked very well too. Plus they cleaned our room everyday🤩🤩🤩

Air conditioner made some noise while working but it was not a big deal as it was not hot. There's no fridge and kettle but for such money it is absolutely ok, I think.

Location! It is just a 1-minute of walk from Sol. The hostel itself is located in a big building, on a separate floor with the reception open for 24 hours. The room is nice and clean, the bed is surprisingly very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Extremely noise. Indoors and outdoors. You can hear your neighbors even they don’t do anything extreme. But if you are lucky enough then you will not sleep at all as walls are “carton” walls.

Central location! Next to Sol square and metro station. Double room for single use works perfectly well from a size point of view. AC works perfectly well. No issues with wifi.

The bar and restaurant noise on the Victoria begins in earnest by 8 and continues til 5 AM if not more. Bottles breaking, plates clattering, tv., yelling, screaming, on and on. I love Spain nut would never return to this address.

I really liked everything but sometimes in the future a small fridge and safe deposit box inside the room would be great and an extra plus even though you can, as I did, manage without it.

Hostal is beautiful. From the very start until the end you feel so welcomed and safe in any moment. Staff, all of them, is very helpful, smiling and trying to keep you happy and taken care of. It is very clean and comfortable. At the main Plaza but still peaceful to sleep. Very well connected with entire city. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is always smiling. Giving you anything you might need, even more. Changing towels and even sheets daily if needed. I have to mention Cesar,, a kind person who is always there to help you with anything you might need. I felt like home away from home. This was my second time here in 7 months. I must also mention that this second time, I have asked for two things if they can provide in the very room, about the position of the room and the bathroom, and they really did so I am grateful for the kind atencion they have showed towards my wishes. I highly recommend this hostel to everyone and will be back for sure soon hopefully.. Thank you all for everything.
