The room was lovely and the location great. Alina was so helpful to us, my dad left his backpack with his passport in a taxi and she helped us track it down and get it backs such a lifesaver and so kind! I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in a premium double room with city view, at the top floor of this historic building. What a lovely and spacious room! There is a small elevator to take people and luggages up to higher floors. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and gave good and useful advice. Finally, location, location, location -was excellent! Right across from a park and the Royal Palace, an easy walk to all the main sights.

The location was spectacular with a view of the sunsets over the palace. The staff is excellent both friendly and helpful. The amenities around the property were also top notch with restaurants and shopping. If you want to explore and experience the beauty of Madrid this is a wonderful place to stay!

The bed might have been slightly more comfortable. I think there might have some sort of protective under sheet which made it a bit damp to sleep on. The electric light switch for the bathroom was loose.

Fantastic views across to the palace. Excellent location to access all parts of central Madrid on foot, including the Prado, Thyssen and Sofia galleries. Very good connection to the airport via the Metro. Great choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Right next to the Opera house. Room was good with good facilities, very good air conditioning (very quiet)

This was the perfect hotel for our first Madrid visit. The location was amazing, the room was amazing, and the view was amazing. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

It was somewhat difficult to identify the hotel. It is not obviously marked.

We enjoyed the convenient central location of this hotel and were pleased with our roomy, well equipped accommodation. The staff was warmly welcoming and promptly responsive to our requests. Many restaurants, the Palacio Real, and the Opera metro are within a few steps. We took the metro to the airport from the Opera metro stop that is easy walking distance from the hotel, even with our luggage.

The location is very good and it is quiet. It is walking distance to many places: Plaza Mayor, restaurants , Museo del Prado, etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice to have kettle for coffee/tea in the room. I appreciated the mineral water and small bottle of bubbly too in the small fridge. If you are a lover of Goya's work you must walk (20 mins) to La Ermita de San Antonio de la Florida to see the chapel ceiling covered with his frescoes! His tomb is at the foot of the altar...an unforgettable visit!

I was very happy with the stay. Very clean, staff was very nice, the bed was incredibly comfortable, view was amazing! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back. I feel like this is a hidden gem.

Perfect.

Loved the location as within walking distance to all attractions with an unbeatable view of the palace from the balcony. Beautiful large room, enjoyed opening and sitting by the large windows to watch the view every day and night, often with a cuppa and a book when not seeing the sights. Lovely warm friendly staff who kept in touch prior to arrival to give directions on how to reach the property. If I visit Madrid I will definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing, in the city center next to the Royal Palace. Due to a last minute cancellation, we got a room upgrade with palace view. Amazing! Staff is super friendly and helpful! A well deserved 10!

A wonderful view of the Central Palace and its park. Easy walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado de San Miguel. Lots of great food close by, Staff was helpful with recommendations and arranging and early monring taxi to the airport.

We liked everything..

The staff was fantastic especially the lady at the front desk. Not only did she tell us all about things to see and do, helped with the parking garage, and fixed my cell phone. All this with a smile and kindness. We felt like we were in the palace. The room was exceptional - 502. The roof top terrace with the view of the Palace was breathtaking.
