We had a slight problem with the toilet chain but we reported it and the staff were very nice, quick, efficient, and got it sorted for us asap.

Old fashioned (basic) but clean, comfortable, in the hustle bustle of the main street, close to everything - sea, shops, ATMs etc. Small balcony with chairs was a bonus to watch life go by on the street below. The hotel has a restaurant which has a fair priced menu and good quality food in the evening, and the breakfast was a good spread with a nice choice of sweet/ savoury food and coffees/teas/juice etc as requested.

It would have been good to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. Just a kettle, instant coffee, tea bags and individual milks. Wasn't expecting it though

Room was clean and a good size. Shower was fine. Location was good. Breakfast was better than expected. Great having air conditioning as it was really hot.

Thin walls - we could hear noise from the room next by. It was a bit challenging to shower with curtain that was touching skin.

Location in the city center, close to many restaurants and nice walking path next to the sea. During the night it was quiet. Shower with hot water. Comfortable bed.

My only complaint is about the shower. The shower was hooked on to the attachment on the wall and as the water started the head would rise up and spray water over the bathroom. Shower pressure itself was very good but impossible to have a shower with holding it in one hand.

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and functional. The staff were welcoming. The facilities, room and breakfast matched my expectations with respect to the price. Very satisfied with everything except the shower.

Was very basic for the price, and the beds were quite hard. I didn't end up staying due to weather difficulties and other circumstances. Worth noting that the owners and receptionist have quite limited English.

The property was very basic, but clean and well kept. Pictures definitely hinted at a more modern level of comfort, however there was nothing wrong with the property. It was clean and very close to the beachfront.

I had a really pleasant time staying at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is the ideal location if you would like to do any activities nearby the port. I give the restaurant a high recommendation as well because it has a high quality at a good price. I tried other online recommended restaurants but it turned out I ate at the restaurants 3 days in a row. I will definitely go back if I travel again to Estartit.

The room was very cold. Having stayed here in December, we had to heat the room with an AC unit that was super loud and had some flashy lights when turned on. So we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. No heating in the bathroom. Bad insulation so you can really feel the cold coming through the window.

Staff was very kind and welcoming.
