It was very clean and great for groups. Central location. 24 hour reception and the food from the restaurant was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We asked for two triple rooms and we were expecting them to be close to each other (it was April so not at all pick season)....but instead they were on different floors.

We had booked two room with three single beds. Unfortunately they were very different rooms: one was spacious and with swimming pool view. The other one didn't have any nice view and it was much smaller. Neither of the rooms had single beds, but both had one double and one single (which in our case wasn't a big problem, but what's the point of asking our preferences if then they get ignored?). Great Breakfast with lots of choices. Good location.

Bit noisy from Spanish people in hostel either staff quarters or customers late at night shouting, TV or kids playing media games/music. Usually between 21:00 - 02:00hrs.

Nice restaurant, reasonably priced and alcohol not exorbitant. Staff helpful. Fridge in room and nibbles at bar very nice touch. Clothes storage bit small for a couple, but fine for single. Aircon very noisy and not effective.. My Spanish let me down, but some staff understood most of my English questions....Wud go back there. 👍

The fact that it took them 3 days to fixe the air condition was a big issue in a hot country. They couldn't even provide us with an alternative, whether it be a fan or an alternative room.

Room - was good with lovely views, it felt like a city holiday for sure. We did have issues with our rooms air conditioning. When we approached the hotel, they stated that it was an issue with the entire building and this too 3 days to fix. This was an issue for us and the fact that it wasn't resolved properly had an negative impact (we obviously were not looking forward to coming back to a Non-AC room in the boiling heat of Ibiza. Location - Central, and easy to access. Parking is difficult but the receptionist was excellent at navigating us to a parking spot few streets down the road (10 min walk). It was lovely.

Staff weren't the friendliest. Noise from the street was very loud. I could heat everyone's conversion as the balcony doors were just 1 plane of glass and there was a gap at the bottom.

I loved the sun terrace. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was lovely.

A perfect location amongst the streets of San Antonio. The staff are super helpful - Jessica and the bar staff were really nice as well. A really nice atmosphere and not solely full of English people!

The room was clean and the staff very professional. It was close to the marina. We took the bus to Eivissa. What a great day that was. However, if you want to visit the island, you definitely need a vehicle.

I think it was the pillows that weren't too great for me but other than that, a fab stay. All the family and friends had an amazing time.

Food was fab. Location brilliant. Staff lovely and friendly, especially Jessica in the bar/restaurant area. Small pool and roof top loungers - little sun trap up there. Perfect! We will definitely recommend and hopefully be back 😊

Out of season I know, but no shops, not much choice of food places to eat, or variety...mostly pizza, pasta. When booked, hotel notes said pool was open but it was closed. Wouldn't have used pool, but would've liked to sit on balcony roundabout pool 😪

The best part was the fact that they had a shower with free towels, which can be used even after checkout! We were able to enjoy some extra time at the beach making use of this facility.

Breakfast was monotonous! Everyday same! Service should be better! Customer satisfaction is not their priority! Staff looks demotivated! TV in room 409 was so small and hanging on wall, really had to strain my eyes to watch!

The Hotel was amazing! Clean & Comfortable and the Staff was so welcoming, helpful and very nice! The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic! The swimming pool and outdoor area is really cool! They kept our luggage after we did the Check out, so we were able to walk freely the last day. We highly recommend this Hotel :-)

We were happy the people on the reception agreed to change the room, since the first one on the second floor was without balcony and there was no fresh air to breathe.
