Great wi-fi ! Clean room and bathroom. I would rather choose this hotel for a very short stay. The place is located near the beach. The staff was very friendly and informative.

It was a pleasure to stay in SB Arenal - easy to check-in, rooms were decent for the price compared. Good wi-fi speed, access 24/7, possibility to leave luggage for a couple more hours after check-out. Overall nice experience for good value!

The walls are extremely thin, so having very loud, very drunk neighbours in the next room was pretty burdensome. Also, a little fridge in a room would be perfect.

If you are looking for a decent place to stay in a low price range, you couldn't find anything better. The price/quality value is perfect, for a budget stay the room had everything you could ask for. The mattresses are quite comfortable, everything is clean, there is a bathroom with all the amenities and a private balcony. The location couldn't be better, literally 2 min walking to the beach. The staff is super-friendly and helpful.

The whole process. Rooms dirty and not as appeared when booking from the pictures in bookings.com website. Rooms have ashtrays and full of smoke. Hostal not a hotel of any standard. Receptionist unhelpful and inexperienced.

As all Arsenal is full of Germans and they don't really care about other guests in hotel so if you like quiet place and some sleep stay somewhere else. For 2 nights it's ok.. definitely no no for longer as German tourists were coming back to the rooms around 3/4am and were very noisy!

Not worth the money paid. On the main land you get 3-4 star great hotel for 100 EUR, here... old room, dirty, without AC. The fan was broken and had like 100 years. You can not feel safe as anybody can jump on your balcony and enter room in the night.

Where do I begin... the room had clearly not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was dark hair on the bedsheets, the sheets and pillow cases were stained, there was sand in the bathroom in the shower area clearly from the previous guest as we arrived straight from the airport not from the beach, also a terrible smell of mould from the bathroom. It was also 3am when we arrived and we really wanted to sleep, but obviously couldn't sleep surrounded by someone else's hair, so we asked the guy at reception to change the room. He said he had no more rooms but could give us some bedsheets. He went to a store room and brought us a singular pillow case and said "is this okay?" NO obviously it was not okay!! In the end he gave us the full bedsheets but didn't even come upstairs to change them for us as he said "he needs to remain at reception". I can't believe for the amount the room cost I had to change bedsheets with someone else's hair on them at 3am myself. There was also only a small rusty fan in the room, definitely not enough in this heat. The whole place is dated, run down. Good thing we only stayed one night.

The only good thing about this place is the close proximity to the beach, 2 min walk

Horrible!!! We paid for 2 nights but when we got back the second day - they gave our room to someone else!! We had to move to different one and they told me that I'm lucky they have one free. I could NOT believe it. The towels were dirty - as you can see on the photos. The room equipment was rusty and old. Some even torn - visible on second photo. Only one electric socket in the room - not enough!! I did not like the behaviour of the staff - do not expect any help. Do not go there.

My only issue was no air conditioning. I like a freezer environment to sleep in. The fans were ok but was hot for me. No elevator so if you have elderly may pose an issue.

Very clean and the location is excellent. The staff super friendly. Easy to find and steps from the beach and bus. Taxi called for an early departure and was 22€ to the airport. Bus a cheaper option but doesn't start running until 6.

The room is small and the whole hotel feels old. The stairs are quite narrow and a bit hard to climb with steep steps. The wifi didn't work at all when we were there, because of technical problem according to the staff.

The location is very central. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The bathroom looks great.

We had a great time in Mallorca in Hostal Lido. The owner and all the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. If we come back to Mallorca again we will choose the same place. Greetings from Hungary

The man at reception was lovely but staying here was a living nightmare and daylight robbery to stay in it. I didn’t sleep through fear if I’m honest as some quests were terrifying and the area was built up and loud well into the early hours. Was not offered as much as a glass of water on arrival and even when I explained that my baby needed milk, none was offered. As we arrived here at midnight and knowing nothing would be open to help us, I would have thought manager would offer a little something for my children, but no! As this was pretty much an emergency accommodation for us after missing our flights, we literally stayed for 6 hours and paid €140 for the privilege also a tax, I just don’t see what could warrant this.

The rooms are very clean and it is a very good value for money. The staff is very kind, throughout our trip they helped us with car rental and recommendations for our trips around the island. I really recommend this stay.
